pathetic and unambitious husband Victor, living in their rental home at Artiaga St. It dawned on
her that that after eloping with Victor two years ago and bearing a child ceased her from
pursuing a diploma in college and ultimately she bore the repercussion of poverty along with her
unambitious, idle, and misogynistic husband who barely has a stable job and is a complete
inebriant. The lack of progress, growth, comfort, and at the very least, stability in aspects of
financial and health support within their marriage and household ultimately pushes her to
extremes of utter unfulfillment, dissatisfaction, adversity, dejection, and even madness. This
culmination ended with her wanting to abort the child she is currently bearing.
