CHART

A Chart Is A Powerful Tool That Allow You To Visually Display Data In A Variety Of
Different Chart Formats Such As Bar, Column, Pie, Line, Area, Doughnut, Scatter,
Surface, Or Radar Charts. With Excel, It Is Easy To Create A Chart.
Here Are Some Of The Types Of Charts That You Can Create Inn Excel.

Bar graph
A Bar Graph Is A Two Or Three –Dimensional Representation Of
Data From The Simplest To The Most Complex. Use A Bar Chart If
You Have Large Text Labels.
To Create A Bar Chart, Execute The Following Step:-
1. Select The Range Of The Data.
2. On The Insert Tab, In The Chart Group Click The Column Symbol.
3. Click Clustered Bar.

Horizontal graph
A horizontal graph basically a two or three dimensional representation of the data.it is
the horizontal version of the column chart.

Pie chart
A pie chart is a type of graph that displays data in a
circular graph. The pieces of the graph are proportional to
the fraction of the whole in each. In other words pie chart
are used to displays the contribution of each value (slice)
to a total (pie).pie chart always use one data series.
To create the pie chart execute the following steps:
1. Select the range
2. On the insert tab, in the charts group, click the pie
symbol.
3. Click pie

pie. Click on a slice to drag it away
from the center.

Line graph
A line chart is a graph that shows a series of data points
connected by straight lines. It is a graphical object used to

show a trend over a time (such as days, months or years).

2. On the insert tab, in the charts group, click the line symbol.
3. Click line with markers.
