Job Purpose:
 To ensure smooth operations and maintenance of Telco & Non Telco infrastructure of
CMPak network through strong performance and fault management, efficient coordination with
regional teams and organized vendor management

Job Responsibilities:

 Analyze OPEX & CAPEX requirements related to Access Network and coordinate with
relevant functions for timely provisioning of these resources 
 End to end implementation of all projects related to access network availability improvement
and OPEX control
 Formulation of all policies and process related to Access & Core power network
 Preparation of PM and CM process, quality standards, SLAs and KPIs of the Access Network  
 Ensure compliance on policies related to access and core network power operations and
perform routine compliance Audit
 Core locations health check activity execution on routine basis
 Preparation of action plan and its implementation based on health check activities carried
out in access and core power network
 Risk identification of EOL/EOS equipment and plan their replacement accordingly
 Spares parts management related to access & core power network and timely identification
of any future requirement based on fault rate and current stock
 Preparation of the access and core network OPEX optimization strategies and ensure the
implementation of these strategies
 Work with region and vendor to ensure that the Level -1 & Level-2 maintenance is
performed as per the SOPs and SLAs

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):  

Education:
 Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical/Telecom) from HEC recognized university

Work Experience:
 4 Years of experience in relevant field of power and access network operations
Job Specific Skills:
 In depth understanding of access & core power infrastructure    
 Reports, Trackers and Database Management 
 Well versed in MS Office
