Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an effective,
elegant and quick technique which creates changes in
our brain, physiology and lives.
It is based on Eastern knowledge or meridians (energy
pathways) as well as Western psychology. It is a mind-
body technique and has benefits for the entire person – on
every level, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. EFT
entails tapping gently on specific acupressure points while
speaking out loud.

through presentations, discussions,
demos, practice sessions and
homework worksheets.
