database to target the customers. It’s also help in advertising the business on low cost and effectively.

Rapid globalization
Marketers are always want to grow their customer ratio all over the world. Every company large
& small has to face rapid globalization for companies need to hire managers who can work for global
opportunities not locally.
The call for more ethics and social responsibility
Company have some responsibility regarding to environment and social responsibility which
they are happily accepting due to the strong relationship with customer. Like companies helps in welfare
by giving some of their percentage of their income.
