Main Functions
 High quantity mass flow meter guarantee temperature and pressure compensation function.
 Integrated design, friendly visual and interface, reasonable structure layout and easy
operation.
 Spare interface on the IC card, Tele-Communication that can be connected with the upper
computer.
 Simple to operate, having the anti-theft program design and anti-misoperation function, and
can realize the remote control and management.
 All settings on density, unit price and mass flow meter parameter and protected with separate
mechanical seal and electronic password, which strengthen the confidentiality of key
parameters and effectively prevent the gas being stolen.
 Dispensers have perfect safety interlocking system that will stop the operation automatically
when pressure-lost, pressure-over, flow-over, signal-cut-off or the pressure transducer
breakdown.
 The red emergency stop buttons in front and back of gas dispenser can cut off the power and
stop refilling in case of emergency.

 Introduction of Gas station management system Censtar

System Overview
The management system is used for the sales business management of the gas station.
This manual describes in detail the installation configuration and operation instructions of the gas
station management system. In order to help you quickly grasp the use of the system, please read
this manual carefully.

Installation of Management System Software

Step 1: Find the installer file in the installation disk and click the installer to install it;

 
Step 2: Click “下一步”

 
Step 3: Enter the installation password. Please consult the manufacturer for the password.。

 
Step 4: Select the installation target path. The default is D:\Censtar. Click “下一步” to continue the

Using of Management system

The introduction of main interface

 
CNG Manager：Setting up equipment in gas stations；

Update Price：Send the price to the dispenser；

Trade report：Query the gas station transaction details；

Summary Report：Can check the nozzle’s statistical records of a certain period of time；

The middle area is the device graphics status display area. After the device connection is complete，
 Need to enter the "CNG Manager", set the dispenser information, set up, restart the system can see the

dispenser information in the "device monitoring" interface.

The software will show the corresponding dispenser's graphics

The dispenser body is gray, indicating that the dispenser is disconnected from the system。

The dispenser body is red, indicating that the communication connection is normal。

The right area is the current transaction record information

Status Bar: Displays the current version number information

Equipment Management
Device connection parameters are set through device management. The system defaults to a
nozzle, click to increase, enter the nozzle number, select the model, category, set the price, each
nozzle can be inconsistent) communication serial number, remarks information.
Note: The unit price modification is operated here. After modifying the unit price, click "Update
price" on the left and the new price will be sent to the dispenser.

Update price
Update price: The price is issued to the dispenser. After modifying the price, you need to click
"Update Price" to send the new price to the dispenser.
 Transaction details
Transaction details query: You can query transaction records for a certain period of time. According
to related conditions, such as time period, nozzle number

Nozzle statistics report

Nozzle statistics report: can search nozzle statistics records for a certain period of time
 Equipment monitoring
After completing the dispenser setting, the device monitor will display the graphic display of the
dispenser.

 Red is normal for communication

 Quantitative Refueling: Select the “Liter” radio button in the panel of the dispenser. Enter
the quantity in the input box below the “Liter” radio button, and then click “On” to begin
filling. When the ration is reached, the dispenser stops filling.
 Rated Money Refueling: Select the “Sale” radio button in the panel of the dispenser.
Enter the quantity in the input box below the “Sale” radio button, and then click “On” to
begin filling. When the ration is reached, the dispenser stops filling.
 Refueling without limit of parameters: Click the “On” button in the panel of the dispenser
to start filling, and click the “Off” button to stop filling.
 Reading Density: Click on the "Read Density" button in the panel of the dispenser to
read the density data from the dispenser and display it in the input box.
 Update Density: In the input box, enter the density value to be delivered. Click the
“Update Density” button in the panel of the dispenser to send the density to the refill.
 Click on the position of the nozzle on the monitoring interface, the status of the
dispenser will be displayed under the dispenser
