ESTOR, JONAS ARON DL.

12 – ROMANS

HOMEROOM GUIDANCE- QUARTER 1

MODULE 4: DECISIVE PERSON

Fortune on Wheels!

In making such a decision, what are your considerations? Why?

➢ In my current situation, I will seek the advice of people who is older than me like my parents and
guardians because they know better how my money will grow by building my own business or getting
into the stock market so that I can I sure that my money will go to nothing.

List down some of your expenditures. Is it worth your money? Why?

➢ I will divide my money by putting some of it into my savings, into the stock market or business, and
buying property or leisure kinds of stuff.

At this time of the pandemic, what should be your priorities?

➢ In this time of the pandemic, a person must have enough savings into his account because just like
what happened where a lot of people lose their job and some businesses are shut down due to the
virus. Therefore, I can say that it is essential for us to have enough savings so that if there is a time
like this, we have a source of money even if we don’t have our job.

Do you find it hard to come up with a decision? Why? Why not?

➢ NO, whereas I’m confident for what decision of I and my parents will come up and also given the fact
that one of my sisters know about putting up a business so that making my decision is not hard for
me.

PROCESSING QUESTIONS:

1) I made my decision with the help and guidance of my family and also given the fact that I’ve seen a
lot of people who go through the same situation I have so I have prior knowledge on how to deal with
this kind of circumstances.
2) My beloved family.
3) YES, because I have now a chance to give back the all sacrifices and hard work that my parents do
to me.

You Decide!

• I will first ask and listen to both of them to know what is the root of their conflict then I will invite them
to a certain place to talk to each other and resolve the issue that revolves around our friendship.
• When I decline the offer to represent my school in a contest because I want to focus my studies and
I already committed to other competitions that need my time to focus. I just ignore the bad comment
about what I did because those people who said that are not aware of what situation I faced at that
time. If that situation will happen again, I will do the same thing because I don’t want to force myself
in competing in a different field of contest.
• I think to what kind of person I’m I can say that I made better decisions when I’m alone. I will seek
other help like my family and friends I will making a decision that can affect my future or life.
• When doing group projects most of the time I ‘m the one who calls or decides because I often assign
as a leader, but before making my decision I will make sure that all of my group mates agree to what
kind of action I want to do.
• I believed that it is okay to open businesses amidst the pandemic because many people have no
permanent source of income but upon opening those establishments the owners and consumers must
strictly follow the safety protocol that our government instructed us.

PROCESSING QUESTIONS:

1) I find it easy for me to answer this activity, I am glad and happy to reminisce and look back at the past
decisions I made that I think is right at that time.
2) In making decisions you must prepare yourself for what kind of outcome that decision will make to
your life and you must accept it with all of your heart.
3) My parents, because once in their life they also encounter some of my situations so that they know
what is better for me.
4) YES, in terms of being meticulous in every aspect before I make my own decision.

Help Me Decide

FAMILY
➢ They prepare me if we're in a situation where I need to make my own decision at the same time, they
give me their piece of advice so that I will become more careful in making those decisions.
PEERS/CLASSMATE
➢ They give me an idea of how I can deal with those decisions by sharing their own experiences in their
own life that might help and guide me in my decision.
INSTITUTIONS
➢ Being my secondary parents, they always guide me on making decisions and the right choices in my
life by sharing their own experiences and life events.
OTHER SOURCES
➢ In making a decision there is no such thing as right or wrong because what matters the most is how I
will accept the result of my actions and the fact that I’m happy and contented on what decision I made.

so that I will know what traits or skills that I need to improve more

before I go on that path. Also, I will know what other career
opportunities that I can do if I choose that pathway.
