1. Please give a candid evaluation of yourself as a person, discussing in order of importance to you the personal
characteristics you feel are your strength and those you feel are your weakness.
For my weakness, I am self-critical. I can be too critical of myself. A pattern I’ve noticed
throughout my career is that I often feel I could have done more, even if objectively, I’ve done well.
Earlier in my career. This led to burnout and negative self-talk. One solution I’ve implemented over
the last two years is to actively pause and celebrate my achievements. Not only has this helped my
own self-esteem, but it has also helped me genuinely appreciate and recognize my team and other
support systems.
For my strength, I’m very collaborative and have always preferred to work in groups. In the
project teams I’ve directed, members work with a variety of people and are motivated by diverse
creative tasks. Also, I’m thorough and tenacious. When I’m on a project, I keep track of the details.
Because I have a comprehensive understanding of the components, I can spot the essentials and
rigorously advocate for them to meet deadlines. I regularly see this reflected in my peer and
management feedback.
2. Briefly describe what you believe to be your three (3) most substantial accomplishments and explain why you
view them as such.
First, I was able to sell 2 house and lot unit in Cavite when I was in college. This was my part
time job. I consider it as accomplishment because no one believed in me that I can closed a
deal because I was too young that time.
Second, I closed an insurance portfolio with a high-end client and she also endorsed me to her
follow managers. I felt I did a good job because she also believed in my capacity.
Third, I was able to help my client in my previous job. All of their concerns about the process
was been smooth because of my help. Entertaining their concerns make them feel more
comfortable in our accounts.
3. Please enumerate and explain the factors you consider important in making you stay in a job.
One of the reasons why I stay on the job was the constant challenges the work can offer me
having challenges help my growth in the company and improves my skills. Other factors would be
good working environment. Because with this, teamwork would be established. The last would be
is the competitive salary, as we all know that we look for a job to earn good amount to sustain our
needs.
4. Assuming that you are hired in Insular Health Care, Inc. how do you picture yourself five (5) years from now,
taking into consideration your academinc background, work experience interest and career plans.
In five, I would love to be an industry expert that others can come to for ideas, help and
strategy. I’ve had amazing mentors and managers in my past positions, so I’d like to be able to
provide similar guidance, potentially taking on a leadership role. Finally, I’d like to have taken
the lead on a project I’m passionate about. I’m motivated by connecting my initiatives to a
company’s larger goals and I’m excited by the prospect of getting more experience in that.

Integrity is the foundation of trust and confidence. Integrity involves honesty and moral and
ethical principles. It is important at all levels and as an individual as well. Being honest and having
integrity will help me in building a better relationship with my co-workers. Having integrity is also
one of the most important traits of professionalism.
If a workplace has loads of people but no integrity, it will surely cost in the long term
because different tasks required, different skills tests and different people to get the job done.
Integrity is all about helping others.
