KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, AMELIA C. MADANGUIT, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of 0167 V.P.
Inting St., Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT,
ARCHITECT HOWELL TIROL, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of Cortes, Bohol,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead do the
following acts:

1. To process, transact, and represent me in all the involved transactions for the applicaton
of FENCING PERMIT, LIGHT and WATER PERMIT, BUILDING PERMIT,
PLUMBING PERMIT and OCCUPANCY PERMIT in any governmental/private
institutions involved such as but not limited to the Office of the Building Official (OBO)
of the City of Tagbilaran, relative to construction of a commercial building situated at
Mansasa District., Tagbilaran City and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-
58544, and to represent me in the Final Electrical Inspection of the said building;

2. To process, transact, represent, and apply on my behalf, all the involved transactions
including the application of electrical and water permits at the Bohol Light Companies
Inc., (BLCI) and Bohol Water Utilities Inc., (BWUI), Tagbilaran City ;

3. To sign for and in my behalf in any documents, papers and effects, necessarily arising
out of the above-mentioned authority;

4. To acknowledge the receipt thereof and to perform any and all act on my behalf to give
force and effect to the foregoing authorities.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite and necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority
as fully and all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
