OUR STORY & EVOLUTION

Our Operations started off from Kanhangad in Kasaragod district in 2008 with the approval of the Kerala Khadi &
Village Industries Commission.

The company, which initially provided the materials and works required for the interior work of buildings, has since
shifted to the distribution of new generation construction materials such as Gypsum plaster, Ready mix plaster,
Sandfree plaster, Wall putty, AAC blocks, waterproofing etc. We developed it laboriously and later on entered the
Gypsum plastering area into depth.

For those in Kerala, when it is said that Gypsum plaster can be used for houses, it seemed impractical. This is
because in states like Kerala as the rainfall is high, the humidity in the atmosphere is much higher. Therefore,
plastering with ordinary Gypsum which absorbs moisture very quickly, is considered impractical.

We have been dealing with Gypsum products in Kerala and other nearby states since last 10years. We have tried
out various Gypsum products manufactured by reputed companies for our Clientele. But somewhere we felt the need
for a much higher quality material. With enough research and experience backing us, we have finally been able to
manufacture the best product that is suitable for Kerala environment.

Subsequently, under the brand name Sarwinplast, we are pleased to introduce for the first time in Kerala, High
Density Gypsum plaster (mixed with moisture resistant polymers) combined with very easy to use polymerized
brush bind waterproofing material.

In addition to this, Arathi i-Tech Panels in collaboration with the no.1 machine plastering company of india is
launching Machine Plastering in [Link] is to majorly address the shortage of workers in the plastering sector,
which employs the largest number of workforce in the construction sector; to expedite the overall work.

In 2019, Arathi i-Tech Panels received the BC to AD Business Award and Credibility Certificate for the Best
Quality Gypsum Plaster brand in Kerala.

The company currently has several dealers and on-going works in the states of Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

SARWIN HD-MR GYPSUM PLASTER

Polymerised High Density Moisture Resistant Gypsum Plaster:
Sarwin Gypsum Plaster is a High-density light weight Polymerised Gypsum
plaster suitable for application on most internal surfaces including brick,
block and concrete.

It consists of superior quality high density Gypsum, formulated with

special additives to enhance working and setting characteristics,
also improves workability and coverage. When dry, it provides
superior whiteness, hard & smooth finish and is suitable for all
internal dry plastering applications.

PREPARATION:
• Clean loose particles, dirt, grease and traces of
adhering material from the wall surface with the help of
sand paper, putty blade or by wire brush
• Pre-wet the surface before application to achieve good
workability and higher coverage

PREPARATION & APPLICATION:

• Mix Sarwin Gypsum Plaster to water and not water to powder. Water
to plaster ratio should be (1 part of water and 1.5 part of Gypsum
plaster) to provide a good cohesive workable mix
• Mix Sarwin Gypsum Plaster to water with the help of hand to form a
uniform lump free paste
• Install the wooden or steel strip/dhada or install the leveling strip in the area where the paste needs to be applied
• Apply the single coat approx. up to 8 mm to 12 mm of thickness. Before the first coat sets rake, cross rake the
surface
• Fill in any hollow area, Level off and compact the surface, then apply the final finish coat
• After complete drying for usually 72hrs. (Depending on the thickness and humidity), the plain smooth leveled
surface is ready for painting application

TIPS:
• Once the mix has begun to set, additional dry material should not be added, as performance properties of plaster
will get altered, thus affecting workability, cohesiveness, adhesion and strength
• A single coat should not exceed more than 8mm to 12mm of thickness. If at all thickness required is more than
8mm to 10mm, then plaster needs to be applied in multiple coats
• Use the material instantly after mixing
• The surface on which the material needs to be applied should be levelled and pre-wet properly
• Sarwin Gypsum plaster should not be applied on surface which is subjected to continuous seepage or dampness

FEATURES:
• Superior whiteness • Light in weight
• Affordable • Imparts high coverage
• No shrinkage cracks • Zero maintenance
• Excellent bonding • Moisture Resistant

ARATHIPANELS MACHINE PLASTER

The construction industry today demands lower handover time and quality
results which leaves traditional manual plastering methods crippled. It is
necessary to find construction solutions that reduce manual intervention
as skilled labour is in short supply.

After deep research and On Field trials, Arathipanels Machine

Plaster is the answer to all these predicaments.

Arathipanels Machine Plaster, a ready-mix plaster specifically

designed for machine-aided application, is sprayed on
the block wall up to the desired plastering thickness.
Imagine the reduction in both time taken and effort
when compared to conventional means. This enhanced
productivity is what will revolutionize plastering in India
moving forward. The sprayed surface is then finished by
leveling it with the use of a mechanical trowel or by hand with a
float.

ADVANTAGES:
• Use of Arathipanels Machine Plaster with a spray machine reduces
handover time by about 60%. On average, a skilled mason can
complete around 200 – 300Sqft of plastering (at 15mm thickness). With
our technology, this output can be certainly doubled
• Arathipanels Machine Plaster solves the issue of procuring individual raw
materials, namely sand and cement, by replacing it with a consistent, ready-to-use mix manufactured in a factory-
controlled environment for consistency
• Due to the high-quality admixtures used, Arathipanels Machine Plaster holds better and more strongly to the
surface than many others. It is resistant to cracking as well as flaking and results in the smoothest finish due to the
perfectly screened sand used in production
• Arathipanels Machine Plaster is available in sealed bags of defined weight and volume, hence minimizing the effort
that goes into managing loose
• Since we provide a fully trained machine operator and our material is fine tuned for machine operation, you can be
rest assured of trouble-free spraying

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: PRE-APPLICATION PROCESS

• Place the required amount of Dry-Mix Wall Plaster into a mixer or onto a non-absorbent surface.
• Add potable water gradually ensuring that it does not wash away any cement and mix thoroughly to ensure an
even and consistent mix.
1. Note: Add only enough water to make a workable mix, and do not add excessive water as this will weaken the
Dry-Mix Wall Plaster.
2. The recommended amount of water should be added to ensure that the plaster is moist enough to bond to the
wall surface, but not so wet that it sags or runs down.
• Surface must be free of dust /loose particles, grease, mold, oil, rust metal, wood peels, paints and plastics.
• Pre-wetting of substrate: Surface must be dampened / moistened before the application of Plaster. Ensure there is
no stagnant or frequent water flow on substrate while applying the plaster.

SARWIN READY MIX PLASTER

Sarwin Ready Mix Plaster Manufactured at a state-of-the-art plant. Sarwin
Ready Mix Plaster is a blend of Portland cement, fine graded triple
purified M-sand and water soluble, high quality polymer additives for
Anti Cracking, in the right proportions. It is ready to use by simply
mixing water at the site and can be easily applied on brick, block and
concrete.

Sarwin Ready Mix Plaster with its greater compactness

and inherent strength ensures water consumption
during construction is less as compared to traditional
plaster. Ensures substantial reduction in repairs and
maintenance costs, while also enhancing life of the
paint with its matchless features and properties, sets
quickly and require less mixing time.

This process eliminates job-site mixing practices. Hence

it gives consistent quality with required sand mesh sizes in
exact proportion which is most important for compactness of
plaster.

Further to have desired workability, less rebounding losses, required

slump properties and overall durability; polymers are added in Sarwin
Ready-Mix Plaster. A good plaster needs to have strong adhesion on wall
and ceiling with excellent water resistant, crack free and workability properties.
This will protect the interiors and exteriors, provide flat base for painting, minimise the inconvenience of maintenance
and speed up the construction.

The substrate needs to be cleaned and made free from grease and loose particles. The porous and absorbent
substrates need to be pre-wetted prior to application of Sarwin Ready-Mix Plaster to prevent premature loss of
water from the plaster. This will ensure that thin layer can be applied without cracking problems and proper cement
hydration and adherence of the mortar to the substrate is attained. Apply plaster to the substrate, using some
pressure while finishing with a steel trowel or wooden float, to ensure optimum bonding of the plaster to the substrate
surface.

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL PLASTERING APPLICATION:

1. External Applications like Brick laying, Brick Joints filling & Exterior Wall Plastering.
2. Internal Applications like Interior Walls, Ceiling Areas & Brick Joints.

SHELF LIFE:
Factory sealed bags of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality of 6 months* if stored off the Ground in a dry
area, at 21oC and 50% RH. *High humidity will reduce the shelf life of bagged product.

work etc
• Cleaning off slight rust stains

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Ultra Clean comes in a liquid form with 15% water solution, for
easier handling in ordinary cases. Its based on a special organic
acid with the advantage that it is as aggressive to stains and
efflorescence as much stronger acids (muriatic, hydrochloric, sulphuric
etc.) but, unlike these, does not produce highly dangerous toxic fumes.

Correctly used, Sarwin Ultra Clean does not damage joints between ceramic
tiles, even those grouted with colored products; but on the contrary, it removes
efflorescence that sometimes form on their surfaces.

HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

Never use Sarwin Ultra Clean on marble and in general on other calcareous stone or on reconstructed derivatives.
Do not use Sarwin Ultra Clean on ceramic tiles or surfaces where the glaze is not acid-resistant. When working with
Sarwin Ultra Clean, wear rubber gloves and goggles, and avoid splashing the product on the skin and clothes. Before
use, make sure that the surfaces that need cleaning are acid resistant. In doubtful cases it is recommended to carry
out preliminary tests.

The contact between Sarwin Ultra Clean and metallic surfaces may cause corrosion. Do not leave Sarwin Ultra
Clean on the joints too long and wash with plenty of water to remove any product residue which could provoke color
variation. Prevent Sarwin Ultra Clean from coming into contact with metallic surfaces or finishes as this may result in
corrosion.
