BRIEFING/DISCUSSION OF THE AGENDA: 48 49PMAJ QUINTIN L BAQUIRAN, COP, presented to the body the Minutes of the previous Meeting of 50MAC Meeting held on July 25,, 2020 for review, corrections, comments, amendments, revisions, 51approval and subsequent adoption. At about 8:40 in the morning, the C, PSMU moved for the 52approval and adoption of the previous minutes which was subsequently seconded by the 53members. It was declared approved and adopted by the Chief of Police/ TWG Chairman. 54 55He also presented to the body the actionable items arising from the previous minutes to evaluate 56the status of compliance. 57 58NUP Charish D Talamayan, Evaluation/Planning Officer, presented the previous 2019-003 MAC 59Resolution as regards the purchase of Computer and Printer to be utilized by PSMU personnel 60of this PS, which has been acknowledged as Hon. Sheryl Labbuanan and Hon. Narciso Vercida 61Jr, both active members of MAC purchased one (1) HP Printer Ink Tank 115, likewise Hon. Vice 62Mayor Nestor R Lacerna, MAC Member endorsed the said Resolution at the Office of the 63Congressional District which in the same breath, donated one (1) HP Computer Desktop 19 64inch LCD Colored Monitor and one (1) Dell Optiplex 745 Intel Pentium CPU. Besides, the PSMU 65personnel have able to procure one (1) Epson L3110 from the cash bestowed by Ms. Mitzi 66Cumigad through a request submitted 67 68The Chief QUAD presented and discussed the Performance Indicators align with the Objectives, 69as such PCMS Angelito B Vicente, TWG/QUAD member, addressed the deletion of the Number 70of CNN /OCG groups neutralized as Performance Indicator which measured as defunct, 71conversely, Hon. Nestor R Lacerna, discouraged them to eliminate said Indicator since it is 72beyond debate that the presence of the lawless elements is uncertain in the Municipality. On the 73other hand, PCMS Jupiter J Rabino, TWG/QUAD member discussed the possible inclusion of 74Number of Drug Cleared Barangay as Indicator which the body unanimously agreed since it is 75timely to one of the Directives or Programs of the PNP. 76 77Evaluation/Planning Officer likewise represented the Chief Operation PNCO, confabulate the 78functional LACAP and bid for additional LACAP relevant to the crime incidents occurring in all 79boarders of this Municipality such as Rape and Violation of RA 9262. 80 81PSSg Ariel S Palma, conveyed that the target Crime Solution Efficiency has been succeeded, 82hence, an implication of effective implementation of the Community Service Oriented Policing 83System (CSOP). 84 85The Technical Working Group (TWG), they have deliberated with the Members of the Municipal 86Advisory Council (MAC) the potential upgrading and/or deletion of some of the Performance 87Indicators in order to have a well laid Tactical Dashboard for Calendar Year 2020 prior the next 88Operations Review on September 16, 2020. 89 90The Meeting has concluded with the guidance of the OIC to wit: To furnish a copy of the 91Minutes of the Meeting and for it to be a part of their agenda on Police Information Continuing 92Education and the subsequent meetings for the Municipal Advisory Council, Technical Working 93Group and Police Strategy Management Unit of Gamu Police Station. 94 95 V.
