Manual service creation using “Complete Ring” example.

Same principle for both VLAN and VLL services.

Manage > Service > Services > Create > Microwave Backhaul

1. Select a Customer
2. If required untick “Auto-Assign ID” and set your VLAN ID
3. If required enter a “Service Long Name”
4. If required enter a “Service Name”
5. If required enter a “Description”

Select the Microwave Backhaul Service Type = VLAN

Apply

Right Click Sites > Create Backhaul site > Search > Select one of the ring nodes

Select Adjacencies tab > Create > add an access interface, add one of the ring pointer ports and
the ERP instance you require to use.

Select “Microwave Backhaul Service” > Populate Service > Complete rings

Select the entry > Complete Ring

Apply

Close the following form

Open the other newly added sites and adjacencies to see the ports involved in the ring

Add any other access interfaces required to the site adjacencies.

Example: Access interface added to Node_C

Right Click the Adjacencies tab of site Node_C > Create Backhaul Adjacency
