for the Brisbane Waters Secondary College Umina teaching
and learning communities.

a new Windows 7 SOE using the Microsoft SCCM service.
•          Provided performance monitoring and problem resolution
for all laptops (Both software and hardware) and wireless
network infrastructure,
•          Maintained school wireless network hardware including
60 wireless access points, Aruba wireless controller and
management servers.
•          Administered user accounts for the schools web based
learning management system (Moodle).
ACHIEVEMENTS: Managed and implemented two successive
laptop rollout projects for the 2nd most populated
student/teacher cohort in a NSW public secondary school. Q3
2010 - refreshed the schools 2009 vintage laptops with an
updated Windows 7 SOE.
