Doors & Windows Glazings Specification:
1 All Profiles will be Manufacture Euro Standard Aluminium Manufacture Company.
All profiles shall be heat treated polyester powder coated according to, 40-70 microns thickness and profile

thickness will be 1.5mm Thickness.
3 All Glass shall be Imported Clear & Tempering as per China Standard (BS EN 12150-1:2000)
Insulating Glass will make China Standard, Insulated Glazed Unit (IGU) that reduces heat flow in glazing
4 configurations may also have characteristics for sound dampening where external noise is an issue (Sound
insulation up to Rw,P = 45 dB)
Insulated Glazed Unit (IGU) typically, spacers (aluminum with a thermal barrier) are filled with or contain

desiccant to remove moisture trapped in the gas space during manufacturing.
6 All Hinges & Lock to be used for fabrication shall be of (Kin Long/China Standard) .
7 All screws to be used for fabrication shall be of Stainless steel.

1 Project Beginning date will start after soft drawings are approved

Shell Consultant & Solution. will not be liable for any kind of natural disaster, strike, accident at site

Site security has to be provided by the client for any incident Shell Consultant & Solution. Is not liable.
4 Offer is made without VAT & Taxes Client will not deduct or subtract any VAT & Taxes.
5 Shell Consultant & Solution. will provide 1. year warranty only for Accessories (Without Aluminum &
Glass) from the date of installation.
6 Minimum Charge will be based on 15 sft regardsless of small size.
7 For Special demand accessories/ Glass extra charge may apply.
8 Project Completion Time will be 20 working days & Day will be count after final soft drawing approval.
9 Client must be Provied our Technicians accomodation, working place, storeroom, Electicity supply.
10 Final Bill Amount according as per physical Mesurement at site.
Payment Schedule:
1 60% Advance payment during order confirmation.
2 20% Payment after Delivery of Aluminum at site before Installation.
3 10% Payment after Delivery of Glass at site before Installation.
4 10% Payment After Installation within 7 days.
