We would like to request from your good office for the Untagging of abandonment
concerning the above mentioned fifteen (15) days cargo.
That for valid reason our shipment was final assessed by customs authority on September
08, 2017 and yet we failed to pay the corresponding duties and taxes as assessed by customs
due to expiration of the BIR - ICC and BOC - AMO accreditation last September 09, 2017 and
we only completed the processing of those accreditation last September 29, 2017 and we
found out that the shipment aforementioned already tagged as abandoned.
Attached herewith are the supporting documents for your ready reference.
