RESOLUTION NO. 14 SERIES OF 2020
A BADAC RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE UNKNOWN ADDRESS/ PERSON ON DRUG WATCHLIST
WHOM NOT ATTENDED THE CBRP SEMINAR CONDUCTED BY THE BARANGAY LOCAL
GOVERNMENT UNIT (BLGU) OF BARANGAY POBLACION,KAUSWAGAN,LANAO DEL NORTE.
WHEREAS, Hon. Jesus P. Abanid Jr. committee chair on Peace and Order presented for
deliberation to the Honorable Body the unknown address/person on DRUG WATCHLIST whom not
attended the CBRP SEMINAR conducted by the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Barangay
Poblacion,Kauswagan,Lanao del Norte.
WHEREAS, it was suggested to all members of the August Body the identified unknown
address /person on drug watchlist be listed as follows;
1. ABUBAKAR, BADRUDIN 6. ESCAÑO, ALLAN A.
2. CAYANOG, LEO 7. BIGORNIA, ARNEL
3. DALIGDIG, BALTAZAR 8. BRANZUELA, NOEL O.
4. MACATANA ,BRYAN. 9. TAMPON, VISON P
5. DEGUERA, REYNALDO B.
WHEREAS,after due deliberation on motion by Hon. Jesus P. Abanid Jr. duly seconded by all
members present,it was;
RESOLVED ,as it is do hereby resolved to pass a BADAC resolution recognizing the unknown
address/person on drug watchlist whom not attended the CBRP SEMINAR conducted by the
Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Barangay Poblacion,Kauswagan,Lanao del Norte.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this Resolution be attached on DRUG CLEARING
DOCUMENT,and copy furnish the office of municipal Mayor, DILG, Kauswagan PNP and BARANGAY
file for record purposes.
