(a) What is climate change? As a global citizen, how will you help to combat the climate
change?
(b) Name the most popular festival held in your locality? Describe how our today’s youths can
motivate to preserve the tradition and culture of our country through this festival?
(c) Explain the importance of attending IT (Information Technology) classes and its future
prospects? How this subject will build your future career?

Question II (Letter Writing)


You are Tashi, a class- X student of Etho Meto Middle Secondary School from Paro
Dzongkhag. Write a letter on any ONE of the following situations. [15]

(a) You are cultural coordinator of the School. Write a letter to Ap Dopay Supplier & Co, Paro
Town, placing an order for some items for the annual cultural concert to be staged on 25th Oct.
2019. Mention the importance of program, items, quantity, time frame, mode of payment and
transport for the supply.

(b) You are School captain of the school. Write an invitation letter to the Dzongkhag Education
Officer, Paro Dzongkhag inviting him to attend Annual School Rimdo as guest on 20th of

(c)You are the class coordinator of class XA. Write a letter to the Principal of your school for
the approval of field trip during one of the Sundays. Write the details of the field trip with
aims and objectives of going for field trip.
