- Chilly = Dingin - Sunny = Cerah

- Foggy = Berawan - Warm = Hangat

- Humid = Lembab - Snowy = Salju

- Stormy = Badai - Dry = Kering

Answer : The weather forecast is better in my opinion Saturday because on Saturday the
weather is good and very supportive for everyone

2. What do you think the weather will really be like next weekend?

Answer : I think the weather is good even though it is a little less good but very
supportive for every human being

3. Which day last week had the best weather? What did you do?

Answer : should I choose warm? what I do when the weather is warm yes I drink cold
water to lie down and read a book

4. Which day next week will have the best weather? What will you do?

Answer : yes Saturday because Saturday there is still sunny and rainy and it's not too
dangerous

5. What’s your favorite type of weather? Why?

Answer : I think my favorite weather is sunny because in sunny weather we can play
games, go for a walk, enjoy the fresh air and chat with friends

4.2. Listen. You will now hear the first part of an expert’s advice. Then answer
these questions

1. What should you do if you are outside during a thunderstorm?

If you are outdoors during a thunderstorm

a. If you are in the forest don’t stand under shorter trees

b. If you are camping in an open area, such as in a valley, ravine, or other low area,
keep in mind that tents offer no protection.

c. If you are in a group, spread out and avoid walking in groups.

d. If you are in a swimming pool, get up and away immediately, as lightning can
conduct energy into the water.

e. If you are riding a motorcycle, stop immediately and find a place to take cover.

4.3. Listen. You will now hear the Second part of an expert’s advice. Then answer
these questions

2. What should you do if you are inside during a thunderstorm?

If you are indoors during a thunderstorm

a. Stay away from telephones which are connected by cable. You can use a cell phone
or wireless.

b. Do not touch electrical equipment such as computers, TV or cables. You can


control it remotely. Avoid drains. Don't wash your hands, shower or wash dishes yet.

c. Stay away from windows and doors that may have small leaks around the sides to
let in light, and stay away from terraces.

d. Do not lie on a concrete floor or lean against a concrete wall.

e. Protect your pets. The dog house is not a safe haven. Dogs that are chained to trees
or attached metal objects are particularly vulnerable to lightning strikes.
