Mr. El-Sayed,
I am pleased to propose the following arrangement in connection with
your intention to have an Annotation mentioning you as her husband in Tax
Declaration Nos., to wit:

a. Tax Declaration No. 27-0009-00565;


b. Tax Declaration No. 27-0014-00560;
c. Tax Declaration No. 27-0014-00561; and
d. Tax Declaration No. 27-0014-00562.

All located in Halang, Taal, Batangas. I shall require an engagement fee of


THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php35,000.00) per Tax Declaration or a
total of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php140,000.00)
which shall be due upon acceptance.

The following will be the scope of work of our engagement:


1. Preparation of Petition Letter to include Atef El-Sayed, as husband
of Marina Catapang with the Municipal Assessor and
Provincial Assessor;
2. Submit all the necessary documents including the Petition Letter to
the Municipal Assessor;
3. Follow up to the Municipal Assessor the status of your properties;
4. Securing of new Tax Declaration.

It is understood that all out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. transportation,


representation expenses, reproduction, certification fees, filing fees,
telephone charges, postage, printing, all BIR taxes, publication fees, all
Registry of Deeds fees, all City or Municipal Assessor fees, appearance fee,
staff’s fee and meals) including a per diem of P5,000.00 every time I or my
staff appear for meeting or otherwise take a trip in connection with the
abovementioned transaction shall be for your account.
Should you find the above terms acceptable, please indicate your
conformity in the space provided below and send us the duplicate.
