This pertains to your letter dated August 12, 2020, requesting this Office of
the status of your request for verification in your letter dated June 29, 2020 to
Chairperson Michael G. Aguinaido, this Commission, on the above subject.
Please be informed that we have addressed your concern in our letter dated
August 3, 2020, copy attached. To reiterate, this Commission has not granted
concurrence to the hiring of Atty. Gojas as private lawyer of the Municipality of
Majayjay for the period July 1, 2016 to June 29, 2020.
