Qcell Product Highlights – One Time for Multi-band Multi-mode
Deployment, MIMO Ready
DAS Solution
RRU+DAS System:
To support more bands: New band RRU should be added as signal source. The
related combiners and antennas should be replaced.
To support MIMO: A new set of DAS system should be added for another channel
of MIMO, which brings channel unbalance and causes poor user experience, and is
hard for capacity expansion.

 This Jinzhou Hotel located in Quanzhou ,fujian, and it is a very typical indoor scenario, the double marble wall with sound-proof
Scenario material, which cause poor experience of 3G/4G service.
 The lobby is very open with 500 m2, floor 2-7 are KTV rooms, both 3G and 4G signals are very weak, which cause poor experience

to subscribers.

11 sets of Qcell are deployed to cover the whole hotel, UMTS and LTE

share the same equipments. Solution

 pBridge are deployed in the weak electrical wells in floor 3/6

Putting 5G into Practice - Massive MIMO
 In Nov. 2014, ZTE successfully completed pre-commercial field testing of the world’s first pre5G Massive MIMO base
stations in partnership with China Mobile.
 In Jan. 2015, ZTE accomplished first multi user multi stream pre-commercial field test with pre5G Massive MIMO
base station. The peak throughput reached 5 times more than that of traditional base stations during the test.
