COI Insurance Requirements

EquipmentShare requires renters to carry at least $1 million in general liability insurance and full replacement insurance for any rented equipment. Renters can provide proof of their own insurance or enroll in EquipmentShare's Rental Protection Plan, which costs 12% of the rental rate and provides property coverage. EquipmentShare must be listed as an additional insured on the general liability policy and loss payee on any property insurance. EquipmentShare Insurance Requirements:

It is the policy of EquipmentShare that all customers are required to maintain and carry, at Renter’s sole
cost, comprehensive or commercial form general liability and property (rented/leased equipment)
insurance.
