1) Isaac Lizarraga is the communications officer for the Monte Vista Diamonds 4-H Club for the 2019-2020 program year. My leadership roles as the communications officer are to make sure everyone
receives a reminder about important upcoming events and monthly community
meeting dates.

At the end of the program year my goal is to have developed connection with the
club members by communicating with them by reminding them about important
event. I also would like to accomplish this by greeting members at the meeting.

1.As the communications officer I plan to make sure to reach out to every member to make sure they are
updated on what goes on in the club.
2.I also plan to achieve a high attendance to events after I remind the club members about the meetings
and events
3.My third goal is to connect and get to know many of the members in the club not only through
reminders but by greeting them at the meetings and introducing myself to them.
