Under BA 631: Investment Management Course Module, there are Five Common
Investment Accounts namely:
a. Bank Accounts and Credit Securities
b. Stocks/ Shares
c. Mutual Funds
d. Real Estate (Investment Property)
e. Precious Metals and Stones
f. Additional topics (Risk management,
risk- return trade-off, and personal finance)

In each of the investment account, research the following information:


a. Definition/ Description of the account
b. Characteristics and Features of the account
c. Risks and Rewards of the account
d. Parties involved
e. How to invest?
f. Factors to consider in investing.
g. Others

Note:
This will be your written quiz and assignment. You can research over the internet
