5. Please contact Karimun Pilot Station on VHF channel 16, within 2 hours prior arrival for further
assistant safe anchorage coordinate

15. All crew passports (to be bring shore by Agent as for in & out Immigration clearance)
PLEASE NOTE :
- During Ship arrive at night time the vessel is required to turn on the Quarantine signal
lights (Red & White / Red light on Top of White) and please ENSURE that vessel in clean
conditions, free from insect due to if not will be subject to fines from Quarantine.
- Free Pratique will be Granted or given after Quarantine Officer checks the ship.
- According to Immigration regulation there will be a penalty for :
1. The ship arrives less than 48 hours from the time required to submit of vessel arrival.
2. A validity period of passport is less than 6 month upon arrival.
3. For every Supernumerary On Board.
