It’s a cool, mind blowing breeze were feeling right now, isn’t it? Today, Sept.

21,
2016, were expecting light to moderate rains all throughout the Philippines.

To all Metro Manila residents, expect cloudy skies with light to moderate rains
and thunderstorms over Central Luzon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated
rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the
forecast areas. Light to occasionally strong winds blowing from the Southeast to
southwest will prevail the coastal waters along these areas will be slight to
occasionally rough. 6 am to 12 noon, the expected temperature is 24°C to 30°C.
And from 12 noon to 6 pm, the temperature will rise to 29°C to 32°C.

As for Northern Luzon, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and
thunderstorms will be experienced over the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union,
Pangasinan, Benguet, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Abra, Kalinga, Apayao, Batanes,
Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Viscaya, Quirino and Aurora. Light to moderate winds
coming from the southeast to east will prevail over Northern Luzon and Aurora
province with slight to moderate seas.

Southern Luzon, especially Bicol Region, Romblon, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro


and Nothern Samar will be cloudy with light to moderate rains and
thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southeast to east will
prevail with slight to moderate seas.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms will
prevail over whole Visayas. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest
to southeast will prevail over western Visayas and coming from the south to
southeast over the rest of Visayas. The coastal waters throughout will be slight to
moderate.

Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and
thunderstorms. Winds will be light to moderate coming from the southeast to
east with slight to moderate seas.

The sunrise is at 5:34 am and sunset will be 5:42 pm. The moonrise will be 10:39
