Letter To Tesda Voluntary Closure Assessment Center Carmen

Access Carmen Pangasinan Computer and Technical Colleges Inc. is voluntarily retiring three of its Assessment Center programs granted by TESDA: 1) Food and Beverage Services NC II, 2) Computer System Servicing NC II, and 3) Electronic Products Assembly Servicing NC II. This is due to low enrolment exacerbated by the adverse economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the private education sector. The institution will remain obligated to provide student records and will continue other offerings through continuing education despite closing the mentioned programs.

Regional Director
TESDA Regional Office Region I
Quezon Ave., Brgy. Catbangen, City of San Fernando, La Union

Thru: Dir. Jimmicio Daoaten

Provincial Director

Dear Director Cifra:

Greetings of peace!

We regret to inform your good office that we are voluntarily retiring the following
Assessment Center programs which were granted to Access Carmen
Pangasinan Computer and Technical Colleges Inc. (Carmen, Pangasinan), by
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA):

1. Food and Beverage Services NC II

2. Computer System Servicing NC II
3. Electronic Products Assembly Servicing NC II

In the light of the “New Normal”, innovative measures and strategies have
already been in place so that our students will be able to cope with the relatively
new modes of learning; however, our enrolment is still low.

With the adverse economic effects of the COVID -19 pandemic, our country
experiences the hardest hit in the private education sector. Evidently, our
enrolment suffered a great deal.

This institution shall remain obligated to furnish the necessary transfer

credentials and records to students affected by this program closure.

We are still looking forward to be of service to our students to some of our other
offerings through continuing education despite the closure of the mentioned
programs.

We are hoping for your kindest consideration on this matter.

Thank you very much and let us all continue to be safe!

Respectfully yours,

Consuelo Bagnol, MBA
