SCENARIO:1

Amazon has stranded my inventory and my listing is closed now. Im very really upset and don’t
know how to fix this, can u pls help me?
How you are going to fix this problem as being an AMAZON EXPERT?
SOLUTION:
Stranded inventory happens when amazon will never be knowing what to do with ur inventory that
is in their warehouse,
This happens if you convert ur listing to FBM from FBA or you delete your product listing so
amazon will get confused what to do with ur inventory.. So as result they will make ur listing
stranded..
HOW TO FIX:
If any of ur inventory get stranded, amazon will give u option of stranded inventory in ur manage
inventory dashboard where u will click to open the stranded inventory dashboard....
You will see the options of fixing your inventory. Either to convert it to FBA again (that u
mistakenly converted to FBM) or relist it by single click there (that u mistakenly deleted)..
Your changes will be applied in 15 minutes.

SCENARIO 2:

I am fedup of this AMAZON thing i'm trying to list my product but its keep giving me a stupid
error "5665".
Do anyone have solution to fix this??
How to get your Brand Approved before Listing
When you get error code 5665 while listing, it means you need to give Live Images of your product
putting it on table or in hands. Most of you try to give images of your own product and it gets
rejected again and again.
Easiest and most efficient way around is to give any other product images with your branding,
even though you are listing glasses you can still give images of Medicine Bottles with your own
branding on it.
Something similar to what shown in images down below. Do not photoshop please, get it printed
and paste on bottle with some designing and your brand name.

SCENARIO 3:

I have just uploaded the product on amazon as FBA but amazon showing its status inactive, i dont
know why amazon always do this with me .

SOLUTION:
Thank you so much everyone - i spoke to amazon seller support and they confirmed as my
inventory have not reached yet to warehouse - as soon as it reaches to AMZ warehouse, listing
gets activated - so thanks everyone for the valuable comments - so issue was that we must have
inventory in stock to get live on amazon.

SCENARIO 4:

My product is ranked in top 3 on its main KEYWORD and making huge sales but i want to get
more sales..
How can you help me increasing my sales when im already ranked on my main Keyword
SOLUTION:
RESULT: As some of you suggested as im already ranked on main keyword and garbing the traffic
coming on that keyword. But also there are many other KEYWORDS relevant to my product
whom i can target and grab the traffic coming from those KEYWORDS as well..
So for this i'll make sure im using those KEYWORDS in my listing CONTENT or BACKEND
and will be running PPC ADS to get sponsored Sales and hence get ranking on those relevant
KEYWORD that will help me increasing my SALES

I do not have UPC / EAN and i want to list a brand new product on AMAZON.

SOLUTION:
YES, We can list product without UPC by taking GTIN EXEMPTION.

SCENARIO 7:

I am trying to get ranking on a keyword has 15000 Search Volume and the mode of sale is
Giveaways..
I am doing 10 - 15 giveaways by giving my product page link to the buyer but its been 2 weeks
I'm not coming on page 1 even i have completed the targeted number of sales to get ranking for
that keyword.

We need the sale against that specific keyword on which we want to rank... By brining traffic
through direct URL amazon could not decide which keyword user typed in search box to find and
buy u

So i fixed the issue by upgrading the individual selling plan > Professional selling plan and now

there could be various reasons behind it
Listing maybe suppressed
Listing is not fully optimized
Demand of products is overall low
listing isn’t ranked properly.
Competitors are giving better price or quality.
PPC isn’t working.
you need to focus on these factors to boost your sales on Amazon.
There are may be many reasons behind it.
if you are new seller then you have to work on marketing to get organic sales
run ppc campaign to get sales
giveaways to rank on competitor keywords
proper listing writing/listing optimization
If you are doing FBA then may be your inventory not yet arrived at Amazon.
select wining product(low competition with high demand)
use some keyword in your listing
Seo Listing optimization
Check competitor analysis
Price would be high
Use good images (with white background)
lack of adequate product hunting
lack of GA or PPC strategy for right keywords
less competitive listing content and presentation

SCENARIO 11:

How can i lower ACoS of my PPC Campaigns??

SOLUTION:
Yes, to lower ACoS we need to increase conversion rate.. Conversion rate improving means
whatever number of traffic coming on ur listing through PPC ad must purchase your product.
However this is not possible but we can improve the conversion rate by blocking the irrelevant
and non-profitable search terms. By doing that we will block the useless traffic so the traffic that
will be coming on our listing through PPC ads will only be the one which is relevant and profitable
for us, hence our conversion rate will improve and ACoS will started going downwards. However
this is not the process of 2 3 days.. It takes almost 2 - 3 months to block the keep coming negative
search terms.
We cannot estimate the profit by checking the life time ACoS so it is better to filter the date with
last 10 days to check ur actual profitability / loss in last 10 days.
PLUS: Listing must be fully optimized with atleast 15 Reviews to convert the PPC ad visitor into
Buyer.

SCENARIO 12:

I am not getting orders on fiverr.

SOLUTION:
Title & Tags:
1. Here is what you can do to get started.
2. First, choose your Keyword for the category you want to create a Gig for.
3. Search on Fiverr and make sure that the results are sorted by “Relevance“.
4. Open the Gigs that are on Top (choose at-least five).
5. Write the title of all five Gigs in a notepad.
6. Write Tags by copying from all gigs in notepad.
7. Notice what is the common thing / element in all of those Titles.
8. Repeat the process for ‘Tags‘
 9. (Shortlist five best/most used/common tags and you will get a shortlisted Tags and Titles
list)
10. After the analysis is done, now carefully create your own Title.
11. Select your category, subcategory.
12. Now it comes to Tags. Write the Tags that you have shortlisted above. There is no need to
change anything here, do not re-invent the wheel. The idea is to pick the footprints of
successful Gigs and reproduce.
13. Click on Save & Continue. You have completed the basic but most important phase.

Packages:
1. Again, search your Main Keyword on Fiverr.
2. This time make sure that the results are sorted by “Best Selling“.
3. Open 10 random Gigs.
4. Read their Packages thoroughly and carefully.
5. Analyze what is the common thing in all of those packages.
6. Pick those elements, reproduce it and also reproduce similar “Extras”
7. In short, Create Packages by looking at those successful Gigs that are already doing well
on Fiverr.

Description:
My recommendation for Gig “Description” is as follows:
1. The first line will contain my main Keyword. I would typically adjust it and write in my
own way.
2. In a new paragraph, I write what I will do basically – Very short answer and a previous
result of a project.’
3. In a new paragraph, “Call to Action“, I will ask a question and provide a path for the buyer
to reach out to me. It is very important.
4. Need to describe my working structure, how I work, and then an irresistible offer.
5. A detailed explanation of my service (key points should be in bullets)
6. Reasons to choose me. The ‘Why’s very important in attracting a view on the Gig.
7. What will the client get in the delivery? Source files etc.
Images:
The images used in a Gig should be nicely created, eye catchy, attractive. An attractive image
attracts the clients and they click on your thumbnail. So an attractive, nice looking thumbnail is a
key here.

Reviews:
Reviews are social proof that gives the customer confidence and trust. As there is huge competition
on fiverr, following the above given tips and getting some reviews from your friends & family
increases your chances of getting orders. So get at least 10 reviews on each of your gigs
NATURALLY to strengthen your portfolio on FIVERR.

speaks rudely. What should i do? Should i leave working for him??
SOLUTION:
First of all once you getting on board – discuss everything with your client about estimated time
and money usually spends on a project.
Secondly he is the BOSS, he has right to be angry on u because he is paying you but if he insults
you by bullying or using bad wordings then you should leave.
Steps can be done;
- Outsourcing (Get help from someone good in the task and pay him / her for the task. (BEST
SOLUTION)
- Give consultancy to your client and tell him promising product is like a “GOLDEN EGG” and
we cannot get it too quick by cutting the murgi (HEN). Meanwhile use different techniques for
hunting, Watch different Videos of YouTube or read the BLOGS. If still does not help then ask
him to make some flexibility in Criteria and if does not work then recommend him someone you
think suitable for the job and leave.

SCENARIO 14:

I am trying to upload 3 items via FLAT FILE (Bulk Listing) but whenever I fill the file and upload
it on AMAZON, it keeps giving me error in SKU column. But I have filled the SKU Column
perfectly for all three Products. Pls help me getting rid of this problem
FYI i have added SKU (ABC-123) for all three products, if there is problem in my SKU PLEASE
LET ME KNOW.

SOLUTION:
Of course we wont accept the offer as this would be a dent in the market but this is what where
our communication skills work. We will tell him that im not like other VAs, this is my portfolio
and this is how i work as per international standard- i report you day by day in word sheet whatever
actions i do and their outputs as well. you are investing thousands of USD in business then you
should keep the standards everything so things will remain standard and loyal.
Even u can offer ur services free of cost for a 2 - 3 days as trial period.
Shortly this is something where u communication skills will work, no need to get hyper.. Just tell
them that in return of $300 you will be getting international standards, loyalty and ultimate profit
as compared to $100 where i will be sparing most of my time in finding other projects

Yes we will use that term into backend search terms so amazon index our listing against that term
as well and then later on we can run PPC ads.

Yes of course i should highlight myself by helping newbies, responding queries of sellers to solve
their issues, spreading knowledge by creating useful posts so investors could be able to know you...
No one knows you until u show urself..
No one will like u to experiment on his account, where he is investing 10 - 15 thousand dollar he
can invest 300 USD more to hire an expert so don’t go after shortcuts / nor wait for internship and
start showing the world that u have enough knowledge and potential.
If you will keep waiting for. Someone to give u internship then stay waiting and people will cross

Indeed, we can do business with our own wish but following the footsteps of successful people
leads u to the ultimate success, we cannot randomly start whatever we wish.. Every business
consists of 2 factors..
1 - Demand
2- Competition
And criteria of enablers revolve around these 2 factors so following the criteria will maximize your
chances of success and minimize the risk of loss.
However, there is no guarantee of anything, enablers approved products could also get failed but
remember there is always a reason behind failure 🙂
So keep yourself stick with criteria and don’t support me 😒❤️😊

I am running PPC on a keyword since 4 weeks with aggressive bidding, in start ad of my product
was ranked in top 3 ads.
Although I have got no sales but product ad was ranked in top 3 due to high bidding but since 2 -
3 days amazon is not showing my ad in top 3 even i am bidding 3x than amazon suggested bid and
i believe my bid for that keyword is the highest one but still not being showed in top 3.

TRUE ANSWERS IS GIVEN BY A FEW PEOPLE WHICH IS THAT RANK OF YOUR
SPONSORED ADS DEPENDS UPON THREE THINGS.
1 - BID
2- RELEVANCY
3 - CONVERSION HISTORY OF AD
So as i mentioned AD were displayed for 4 weeks in top 3 with no sales then dropped means that
amazon gave me opportunity to show my ad on top coz my bid and relevancy was good but then
amazon noticed no conversion in that much time so he gave my ad tag of " BAD CUSTOMER
EXPERIENCE" and algorithm of amazon always shows the best results for the customer so when
my ad got BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE tag that means i am not going to be display on TOP
NOW until my ad start making conversions (SALES) on whichever page it is ranked.

charge the shipping fee to the customer. I want amazon to charge the shipping fee as well but

Solution:
YES for FBM merchant is responsible of shipping so he will put the shipping rates whether FREE
or charge something. For this he will have to go Setting => Shipping Setting and adjust the rates
for the regions as per the rate list he got from his shipping service so amazon show and charge the
customer shipping fees.

Basically you got demotivated so you must have to get momentum Firstly as your trainers advise
you to join ECOMMERCE SELLERS FB Groups and other communities so the environment
around you would be of ECOMMERCE while will influence u too much and you will get
motivated - Secondly after joining those communities, Start creating relationships (by posting,
commenting, appreciating) so in a month or 2 you will be eligible enough to do well
communication, responding queries and solving the issues as you will be gone through lot of
scenarios. That will be the time of your GOLDEN ERA, you will be getting friend requests from
investors, messages as well whom you will tackle with the things you learnt from the communities.
Remap your fb profile, your dp, cover and intro must be showing you are amazon consultant / VA.
your posts must be related to AMAZON & Ecommerce. That’s how you will be visible to lot of
amazon investors and they will be aware of you that you are someone who has better knowledge
of amazon. Doing course from ENABLERS is nothing, it can be done from youtube as well.

Thank you Guys bcoz of you i am safe now.. When i asked about the quality and grams of balloons
he said it will be 0.50 gram only while first it was 5 gram 🙄 upon asking about the fraud, he
replied that u asked just to decrease the price so i decreased 😔😏😏

Reviews can be removed if they are abusive..
Review can be removed if product buyer gave seller feedback in review section..
What we can do is simply reply that review professionally,
Apologize the buyer and tell them may be product got defected mistakenly as you see our other
buyers are satisfied. However, we apologize and already sent you a new piece as a gift plz accept
that from our side as an apology.
By doing this you are going to overcome the impact of that review as visitors will see your reply
as well along with that review so they will be impressed.. As well as gora people likes this kind of
apology method so chances are high they will delete the review after receiving the new item as a
gift.
Black method is
Hire the listing promoters and ask the you need 10-15 reports to that negative review so once
amazon will see reports against a specific negative reviews he might will remove that review....
Advise: focus on the reason that is bringing the negative reviews and fix that..
SCENARIO 32
I read somewhere that making the listing live within a week or 10 days of creation helps u get
organic ranking and sales but my inventory is in china how can i make my listing reach to
AMAZON WAREHOUSE within 10 days via ship as it takes almost 30 - 40 days as i have to
create listing first to print packaging labels to give to my supplier. I can't ship via air as it eats my
profit margin.
I believe there are many AMZ experts in this group so prove today you are an AMZ expert not a

I had a product selling great on amazon so i decided to add a variation of it but when i added a
variation by creating a PARENT ASIN (MA LUTT GYA BARBAAD HO GYA).
My ranking destroyed and my sales on existing variation got dropped

Can you guys please tell me why this happened with me? where i was mistaken 😞
SOLUTION:
Generally when we see our product is ranked and selling well on amazon, what we do is we add
another variation of that product for expansion. But what happens when we create a parent ASIN
to combine child variations under it we lose ranking on the existing well ranked ASIN as well.
This is because when we use to create PARENT ASIN and adding variations we also update its
content like (Bullets, description and backend search terms) that also get applied on existing well
selling ASIN (CHILD) as well that disturbs its indexing of keywords and hence we lose ranking.
SOLUTION is that we create parent ASIN of all the new variations and add the content as well,
later on once it get uploaded successfully with all its content, we can come later and edit the parent
ASIN and add the existing (CHILD ASIN) into it so the content of ranked variation won’t be
disturbed. (RECOMMENDED WAY).
