MPT Prox Tags

NEO HS2016 / HS2083 / HS2064 / HS2128 v1.3

All NEO control panels will support the Mini Prox Tag (MPT) technology and can be
used for the arming and disarming of the system; and/or activating PGM’s. The MPT’s
can be purchased in a pack of eight multi-color tags.

The MPT’s are great for ease of use in accessing the system by users that may have
difficulty in using a traditional keypad.

Tech Tip: For vision impaired clients, place a clear rubber bumper over the
target area.

Keypads that support the MPT technology:

Touchscreen LCD ICON Wire Free

HS2TCHP HS2LCDP HS2ICNP HS2LCDWFPx

HS2TCHPBLK HS2LCDRFPx HS2ICNRFPx HS2LCDWFPVx
x = 9 (912 – 919MHz), 8 (868MHz), 4 (433MHz)

Tech Tip: Only the keypads that are going to be used for the MPT operation
require the ‘P’ in the part number. Keypad locations that will not be
used for the MPT operation do not required to have the prox feature.
In other words, mix and match the keypads with or without the ‘P’ as
needed.

Tech Tip: The NEO Touchscreen keypads always have the ‘P’ included.
