FOUNDATION (THF)?

The Hunar Foundation is a


not for profit organization
formed by a group of like
minded Pakistanis who have
worked closely with The
Citizens Foundation
movement to provide
education to the
underprivileged and needy
children of Pakistan.

THF is registered under the


Societies Act XXI, and was
established in 2008.

TEACHER TRAINING

THF continually invests to enhance the training capabilities of its


instructors to ensure that they are well qualified and up to date
with training techniques.
So far, 3 experts from the Senior Experten Service in Germany
have visited THF to assess training and advise regarding teaching
methods and facilities.
Additionally, 4 instructors were sent to Australia for further
training. The cost of this amounted to USD 120,000.

THF WOMEN’S INSTITUTE

The first THF institute for women to commence operations in


October 2014 in Delhi Colony, Clifton with the following trades:

Beauty Therapy
Haircutting
Hair colouring

The course duration is 12 weeks for each trade.

Like other THF institutes emphasis is given on IT,


Communication & Life Skills to increase employability of the
students.

PKR 8,500 per month (USD 85)*

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Documents Required: Application form, which is


available online as well as at our main office. Attested
photocopies of the following documents are also to be
attached to the application form and submitted before
the due deadline:
• Original Copy of trainee's CNIC/B-Form
• Original Copy of trainee's Father/Guardian's CNIC
• Original Copy of educational certificates
• 01- Passport Size Photographs
• Copy of experience certificate (if any)
HOW WILL THE THF HELP?

• Individualized job placement assistance.


• Information on job opportunities available.
• In class training in the preparation of resumes, covering
letters, interviewing skills.
• Encouraging employers to come to THF's Technical
Institutes for job interview sessions.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission Criteria:

• Trainee shall appear for a


written test and interview as
notified.
• Successful candidates shall
deposit the course fee prior to
commencement of classes.
• The admission office will
confirm the trainee's
admission by issuing him/her a
registration/ID number.
