Compilation of Myfeelings A Sharing Feu

The document discusses the terrifying experience of being trapped inside one's own mind that is unable to understand itself. It describes how mental illnesses, trauma, or brain damage can cause a person to become deeply stuck within their mind, unable to make sense of their thoughts and experiences. This is not factual. But my intuition. I can't provide proofs. But I strongly somehow intuit this.

I know fully my mind- very thoroughly. I have gone to the deepest recesses of my own mind
and have tackled the emotion of 'fear and social conditioning'. Nowadays I even feel, I
inherited them from my ancestors who have gone through famine and poverty, some 200–
300 years ago.

One of the scariest experiences a person can have is to get stuck in their own mind. A 'mind'
that is not able to figure itself out. It becomes a huge quagmire or quick sand where the
person goes deep within the sand, their mind and it's outward manifestations. A poor Soul
trapped within it's mind. Others are not able to relate to their experiences.

Take any experiences like PTSD, bipolar or other mental diseases. The being gets very much
tied up in their mind. It can be due to chemical/ hormonal imbalances, physical or chemical
handicaps of the brain, damage to the nervous system of incoming or outgoing stimuli,
interpretation of the data, the sensor or the part of mind that interprets the data- anything
can be damaged. Even terrible and horrific experiences (war, death, murder) that gets
etched by branding iron on their emotional mind. This can keep the person inside their
mind.

A person trapped in their own mind. To make sense of the experiences, the same faculty-
the mind is needed. But it is the one that is being under seizure. A python eating it's own
body, but has no clue, it is eating itself.

Think about such a mind. Totally scary. Such a mind would due to unawareness of itself
would self-destruct, self-sabotage and destroy itself. The person is sitting within their own
mind trying to make sense of it. But the mind as of now is behaving in a senseless way.

Very terrible and terrorizing. Think of all the people going through mental diseases and not
able to make any sense or clue out if it?

Extremely scary and deep fear generating!

All the very best! Regards,

Swaroopa.
