How does the PIPE model of design thinking promote collaboration and contribute to innovation?

PIPE model, trough this it may help an individual to create an outline for the projects that can help
the community to live a better life, but first we should know the Purpose of our project finding the main
problem of the community by collaborating with the community officials and also Sharing and
collaborating of expenses will drastically lower the cost of the project. Constructing of Ideas should be
innovative not only in design but also on the purpose and features, with that case it will consume less
amount of money and resources at same time. Build a Prototype model to test it's durability and
reliability of portraying Innovation. Enhance the project, observe the projects performance and if it
showing a bad result, fix the problem and build another prototype again, and if there's an error, fix and
repeat like in math "Trial and Error", until such time you can create a master piece.

ASSESSMENT TASK

Write down your thoughts about design thinking. Incorporate in your reflection the concept of social
innovation learned in Module 1, the PIPE model of design thinking and on the readings on the link
provided.

Design thinking can be use on marketing to make it profitable, can be use on making projects to make
it attractive, but as far as I learned it's not only about gaining profit but to make an innovative change of
one's community. Design thinking is not only about Designing something to make a project but it's the
fundamental to change and to improve something, many problems are needed to be relied on Design
thinking to minimize the input and maximize the output in short, to make it efficient. Design thinking is
needed to be done in a systematic way, for us to create an innovative project we should blend in the life
of one's community to find the problem and to generate a solution, design thinking on the social
innovation is not a profit oriented but it is the sincerity and willingness to help those who are in need, to
make their living better, we're not only designing because we want, but it is because we need. For us to
change we need to start from the bottom to top.

PIPE model, a systematic guide where in the project will be started, the first thing to do is know what's
the customers needs and wants. We can say that innovation can be done trough planning but it's way
better when there's a collaboration with the community's officials and in the community itself, Adequate
research is a must to formulate a genuine solution. Make a prototype to see how does it look like and
how does it work and test it's functions and if it's faultt fix the errors and try again and after perfecting
the project, Craft a human story this is not to brag of what project you've done but it's the way to inspire
others to create an innovative projects to help the individuals who's in need.
