COURSE NAME BUSINESS FINANCE
COURSE DESCRIPTION This course is an introduction to financial management. It will include discussions on the finance function, operational environment
of finance, key concepts such as time value of money, risk and return, tools of financial analysis and planning, and utilization and
acquisition of funds.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES The Office Administration Program aims to train and prepare students to become efficient, effective, responsive, and globally
competitive professionals by:
1. providing quality instruction in the field of office administration;
2. providing relevant activities in handling various clerical / administrative tasks and making them proficient in the use of
advanced office technology & equipment through simulation activities inside the simulation office & other offices; and,
3. facilitating programs that promote research and include student’s organization, student internship, conventions, seminars,
educational field trips, and extension services/outreach.
OUTCOMES COMMON TO a. Articulate and discuss the latest developments in the specific field of practice.
ALL PROGRAMS b. Effectively communicate in English and Filipino, both orally and in writing.
