As part of our strategic initiatives to increase awareness of New Republic Pariners and the firm's
offerings, we are pleased to announce the addition of David Routh to our team as an independent
consultant and senior advisor. In this role, David will be closely following the progress of our firm
and will be available to talk with successful families and individuals, as well as endowments and

David is a highly respected executive who brings expertise and experience in the high-net-worth
market, Many of you may know David from his many years with U.S. Trust in leadership roles of
various institutional businesses, and later as team leader and client advisor to high-net-worth and
ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals. You may also be familiar with his work as the vice
chancellor for university development at the University of North Carolina. For more information on
