Alangilan Senior High School: Table 3 Identify The Student's Perception of Filipino Rap With Explicit Content

Table 3 focuses on students' perceptions of Filipino rap music with explicit content at Alangilan Senior High School. Some students expressed concern that such music could negatively influence younger listeners or increase aggressive thoughts and behaviors. Others said the songs have "bad words" or are "rude." One student noted they were not interested in that type of rap music. The findings align with prior research showing that easily accessible music can strongly impact adolescents' identities and that rap music has become culturally significant for youth.
