In conformity with DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2002 entitled Program on Awards and
Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) of the Department of Education and the Search for Outstanding
Public Officials and Employees that have been conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) annually
(CSC Memorandum Circular No. 3, s. 2016) DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2002, Inosloban- Marawoy Integrated
National High School shall conduct the GAWAD INOMARA TOP AWARDS 2021-Inosloban- Marawoy
Integrated National High School Top Awards 2021 (Top- Teaching And Non-Teaching Outstanding Performance
Awards 2021)
This aims to recognize the teachers and staff who had an outstanding performance and give
appreciation to the teachers and staff who rendered exemplary Service.
GAWAD INOMARA TOP AWARDS 2021 is designed to give appreciation and recognize
teachers and staff who delivered outstanding performance. It is designed for the teachers to be more
motivated and provide inspiration in doing duties specially in this time of pandemic.
1. There shall be twelve (11) awards to be given to the outstanding teaching and non-teaching

2. The awardees shall receive a plaque/trophy while the finalists shall receive a certificate
3. The Selection Committee shall evaluate and choose the awardee based on the given criteria in each
award.
4. The Awarding Ceremony shall be held on _________, via an online meet.

Employed personnel of Inosloban- Marawoy Integrated National High School for at
least one (1) year.

A. BEST READING COORDINATOR
The contest is open to all teachers designated as reading coordinators. They will be judged
according to the following criteria.

reading with students, colleagues, administrators, and parents and guardians.

B. BEST COORDINATOR
The contest is open to all teachers designated as coordinators. They will be judged according
to the following criteria.

Qualifications
The nominee must:
1. be a teacher of the institution for at least two (2) years on the day of nomination;
2. have submitted supporting documents (e.g., certificates, written letter/certification from
the chairperson of the DepEd-sponsored activities related to the category) dated 2016
onwards, on or before the deadline; and
3. have a good standing and has not been sanctioned to any administrative and/or legal case
at least three (3) years to the day of nomination.
Qualifications
The nominee must:
