I. Rationale and Purpose


Recognition is a very rewarding experience for an excellent classroom teacher and
school staff. Recognition for teachers and school staff play vital role in school’s mission and vison. It offers
hope for meaningful fulfillment of duty to the other teachers and staff working to improve school
outcomes. It also brings pride and support for the teacher, staff, administration, and general public.

In conformity with DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2002 entitled Program on Awards and
Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) of the Department of Education and the Search for Outstanding
Public Officials and Employees that have been conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) annually
(CSC Memorandum Circular No. 3, s. 2016) DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2002, Inosloban- Marawoy Integrated

This aims to recognize the teachers and staff who had an outstanding performance and give
appreciation to the teachers and staff who rendered exemplary Service.

GAWAD INOMARA TOP AWARDS 2021 is designed to give appreciation and recognize
teachers and staff who delivered outstanding performance. It is designed for the teachers to be more
motivated and provide inspiration in doing duties specially in this time of pandemic.

II. Awards Mechanics and Criteria

1. There shall be twelve (11) awards to be given to the outstanding teaching and non-teaching

The category is open to all class adviser of the current school year. A pre-qualifying
round shall be done through online voting of all teachers in the grade level. Each
teacher shall choose his/her 3 nominees through a Google form. Three teachers with
the highest votes shall then be rated by the corresponding grade level evaluators,
composed of the head teacher, the master teacher/s and/or a non-adviser, based on the
criteria that follow.

Best Innovative Project


The contest is open to all teaching and non-teaching personnel who has drafted an
innovation intended to raise productivity and efficiency and/of quality of learning. Together
with the nomination form, approved project proposal and accomplishment report.
The project shall be rated on the following criteria”
a. Project Objective 15%
The proposed project is aligned with DepEd thrusts and contributory to the
attainment of the Department’s Vision and Mission. The proposed project must be qualified
to benefit the learners and other school stakeholders.
b. Oral Presentation 35%
The proponent must present the reasons for the project, and what the needs or the
problem he/she wants to solve/address and innovate. He /she may support the presentation
with project design in printed tarpaulin or digital format.
c. Project Management 35%
The project must have a realistic management plan and the resources needed to
complete the project within a calendar year.
d. Sustainability and Replicability 15%
The project must have a provision for sustainability and replicability

This category is open to all non-teaching personnel of Inosloban-Marawoy Integrated
