This rubric contains 6 criteria for evaluating a student's developmental portfolio: visual appearance, organization of entries, variety of entries, reflections, readability, and prompt submission. Each criteria is scored on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being outstanding/very good and 1 being poor. The student would receive a total score out of 30 points.

Dedication

This is dedicated to all of you. When one door closes, another opens; but we
often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed that we do not see the one
which has opened for us. Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there
is something inside you that is Greater than any obstacle. We thank God all the
times.

I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude to my parents, teachers and


friends (Annie Gaa and Jonabel Mercano) for providing me unfailing support and
continuous encouragement to finish my Portfolio. Lastly, to the omnipotent and

Biographical Sketch

Erlyn Rojas Madia a simple one with a big heart and a believer" came from
Sibuyan Romblon . She was born on March 18 2000 in Agsao, Magdiwang,
Romblon, She was the daughter of Mr.Ernesto Madia and Mrs. Ofelia Madia.

She studied her primary level at Agsao Elementary School. She finished her
secondary level at Agutay National High School. Her unforgettable memories were
during her high school days where she experiences many happiness, awkward,
unforgettable moments with her classmate and best friend.

She is now pursuing her studies at Romblon State University (Main Campus)
taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino.
Statement of Purpose

The main purpose of this Portfolio is to reflect for one self-work and learning’s
from the subject.

This Portfolio aims to:

* To increase the thinking skills of a student through reflection and analysis.

* Provide comprehension view of student’s achievement and efforts.

* Review and analyze students work from the checked outputs in order to know
the self-progress and improvements.

* Develop student’s behavior by letting them to recognize their strength and


weaknesses is giving self-assessment.
Portfolio
Entries
Reflection: This module helps to know the knowledge of a student
according to the task.

Analysis: I understand and analyze well the topics so that I got a good
grade.
Reflection: This Module measures the knowledge/ thinking skill of a
student, it engage student to think so that it can provide answer.

Analysis: For me this module is not difficult to understand because there’s


a given guide we follow.
Reflection: This Module help me to focus and analyze well to get the
correct answer be needed.

Analysis: Difficult for me to understand but I do my best to give also the


best answer.
Reflection: This module gives a Perspective Analysis as a future teacher
and it will be the best.

Analysis: It is the best for me because it is really not difficult to answer coz
it’s my choice to give my Perspective as a future teacher.
Reflection: This module increases the critical thinking of a student in
solving problem.

Analysis: This is my most hate, solving problem because I hate numbers


but even though it’s hard for me to do it in my own.
Analysis: This module leads student to think critically for what is the best
explanation to this question.

Reflection: This activity helps to enhance my skill in grammar.


Analysis: This module helps to increase the English grammar of a
student.
Reflection: This module helps me to think critically and it so difficult to me
but I can do my best to answer it.
Reflection: Module 12 engaged students to explain to their own words in
scoring the test so that it helps also to think and analyze well.

Analysis: This module is difficult to answer and to understand so that I call


one of my friends to explain to me, that what it is so I got it.
Analysis: This module determines the indices of difficulty and
discrimination of the test items, in this module increase also the solving skill
of a student.

Reflection: This module is so difficult for me to analyze because I hate


numbers so that I do my very best to give also the best answer.
Analysis: This module teaches, as a teacher, what you can do so that your
assessment will always be aligned to the learning competency or learning
assessment so that this is very useful and I can use/apply it to my future as
a teacher.

Reflection: This module is not easy for me to do because there's so many


processes before you got the answer.
Analysis: This shows table of specifications of how a teacher's do grades.

Reflection: As a future teacher this Module helps me to know that how


would I gave grades to my students.
Analysis: This module helps to reflect and remind the student if what he/
she learned to this module

Reflection: Even though I’m thinking harder because it’s difficult but it’s
good for me, for my future and I can apply it.
Analysis: This module improves specially in English speaking also
increase the thinking skills.

Reflection: This module is not really easy when you do your own but I do
my very best so I will understand it.
Over- all Reflection

This portfolio is the way to know if we are fully learned in this subject, we gained new
knowledge; we analyze it better for the sake of our grades also to increase our knowledge and
apply it in the future.

I this time, I challenge in this module because we need to focus and to analyze well so
that you can do the task with your own. And I am proud to myself because even though there’s
a hardships, I can’t give up, but I try and do my best , I’m always think positive to finish it.
Over- all Analysis

In this portfolio, it is truly that it is difficult but when we are committed to


do this task, and we take it seriously I know there’s a better outcome. And this
portfolio is training to us; to our future because we can apply it, wherever we go,
so that be seriously and be true to do this.
