product distributed by appropriate vehicles, in a nice packaging, fresh every day and at an affordable price.
Vision: The Company’s vision will be to become the best possible meat distributor in the region. A company that
is easy to do business with, adds value to every occasion and having a positive influence to society. All this and at the
same time responding to the customer's needs, offering excellent service and rewarding its partners and employees.
II. Company's Marketing Strategy and Target Market:
LAINE CHICKEN CORNER aims to deliver a competitive advantage in brand differentiation. This differences may
be based directly on the products and other considering factors such as personnel’s, channels and image.
The company will implement an effective distributions strategy which will enable the company to use its sales
channels effectively and to maximize its profits. Professional positioning is beneficial to a supplier / distributor as it
enables a company to invest its resources and skills in the right marketplace.

IV.
Logistics:
The company will implement measures that will ensure safety of its products from initial shipment
through delivery to other destinations. During transportation and storage a proper refrigeration temperature will be
maintained. Trucks will be designed to prevent infestation and would permit effective inspection, cleaning, disinfection
and temperature control. Interior surfaces will be made of materials that are suitable for direct food contact.
VI. Staff and Personnel’s:
All company staff and personnel’s will be careful selected and only those who have passed the company's
standards and specifications will be hired. All staff and personnel involved in the transportation, handling and storage of
LAINE CHICKEN CORNER products will be trained in personal and food hygiene, sanitation, vehicle inspection procedures
and transportation procedures in order to ensure the safety of the meat products.
VII. Management Plan
The company will be led by the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and Owner Mrs. Lalaine G. Bernabe together with
team members that will be chosen to lead the company towards a successful start - up and constant growth. This should
