Sales Manager- this person will be the one to handle all things related to sale. He/ She will
monitor the salespeople in terms of sales' quotas, trainings, and hiring and firing of them. Sales
manager aim to produce more sales. They must be someone with good communication skills for
a sales manager should know how to handle their people. Only one sales manager is needed for
the company and he/ she will be receiving P25,000 monthly salary.
Production/ Operation Manager - they observe the production of goods in the company. They
must see that the clients and customers are pleased about the product. They also examine their
people to make sure that the production of goods are high-quality. One Production/ operation
manager will be needed and will receive P25,000 monthly salary.
Cashier - These people are the one that will face the customers. They must be optimistic and
good in persuasion. They are under of Sales Manager. Two people will be working as a Cashier
and each of them will be given P12,000 monthly salary.
Production Worker - these workers are the one who made the product itself. Under the
production manager, they make the high-quality products that is going to be sold later on. 5
people will be needed in the production of goods and each of them will get P14,000 monthly
salary.
Overall, the company will be having 9 employees for the mean time.
Benefits:
Bonus - every employee will be given a bonus at the end of the year depends on their
performance for the whole year.
Overtime pay - employees who undergo overtime will be given additional payment depends on
the hours they have consumed.
Holiday pay - if employees work in the middle of a holiday or non-working days, their daily
salary will be doubled.
Leave Benefits - Due to unexpected circumstances, every employee may have sick and vacation
leave. Vacation leave is consist of five days leave with pay and sick leave will consist of one day
with pay. They will be granted 2 vacation leave and 12 sick leave.
Maternity and Paternity Leave - A mother will be given 2 weeks of leave before her due date
and another 2 weeks after giving birth. She will still be accepting her regular salary. A father will
be granted to leave seven days of leave with pay.
Mandatory and Governmental Benefits - these government contributions will be deducted to
the salaries of the employees: Social Security System, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG benefits.
