The minutes from a special meeting of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Magtaking in San Carlos City, Pangasinan on February 12, 2019 are presented. All members of the Sangguniang Barangay were present at the meeting. A resolution was unanimously approved to request that Hon. Angel "Jr" Baniqued Jr., 3rd District Board Member, donate 50 or more monoblock chairs and 10 or more tables for use in the barangay's activities and upcoming festival in April, as there is currently a deficiency of such furniture.

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. ANGEL “JR” BANIQUED, JR, 3RD DISTRICT BOARD MEMBER
TO DONATE 50 OR MORE PIECES OF MONOBLOCK CHAIRS AND 10 OR MORE PIECES OF TABLES

WHEREAS, there is a deficiency of chairs and tables in Barangay Magtaking, San Carlos City, Pangasinan for
various programs and activities of the barangay;

WHEREAS, the chairs and tables are highly needed so as to avoid the need to rent or borrow such items from
neighboring barangays and/or the residents of the said barangay;

WHEREAS, the chairs and tables of the barangay are kept firmly by the barangay officials and is open for use to
everyone in the barangay upon their requests;

WHEREAS, the deficiency of chairs and tables in Barangay Magtaking for the upcoming Barangay Festival this
1st week of April, 22019 has lead us to seek for assistance from Hon. ANGEL “JR” BANIQUED, JR, 3RD
DISTRICT BOARD MEMBER to extend his kind indulgence for the the welfare of our barangay;

WHEREFORE, on the motion of SB-MEMBER, HELEN L. SALVADOR and duly seconded by all present, be
it;

RESOLOVED, to submit copies of this resolution to HON. ANGEL “JR” BANIQUED, JR, 3RD DISTRICT
