Morrison made clear that the Commonwealth is paying for citizens to consult their GP’s and so
they can make an informed decision and if they then accept to be vaccinated it is their own fault

**#** Of course not. GP’s cannot be compelled to be conscripted but if they do want to charge
for any service against Medicare then they have to follow the directions of Medicare. As such, by
backdoor manner the Commonwealth obligated the GP’s to so to say sing of the same song book
as it does.
I have published my about 200 FOI Act request to Prime Minister Scott Morrison regarding
COVID related issues and well months later he still has not responded to a single one of them.
However, I understand he and other members of the parliament have been pursuing that the Big
Tech companies should not allow what they consider “disinformation” about COVID issues. As
such, if a person desires to be informed all the person can get is the mantra of the Government
spruiked by the Department of Health and the TGA and so the medical profession.

In my FOI Act request I pointed out that the Commonwealth Department of Health website
claims it provide relevant information, etc, but that in reality it is concealing very important
issues as to adverse reactions to the jabbing (referred to as vaccination). As such, the
Commonwealth Department of Health is part of the “deception” to deceive citizens as to be
jabbed.

Let us also not ignore that Prime Minister Scott Morrison made clear that the jabbing would be
compulsory. He, I understand, was the one who instigated “No Jab no Pay” which I view was
unconstitutional but really why would he care? Just that finally someone seems to have gotten
him to understand that Latham CJ already had ruled that compulsory vaccinations would violate
the constitution. So, now he is pursuing through backdoor manner the NEW WORLD ORDER
depopulation goal, with a vaccination certificate, etc, and that companies can deny services when
a person is not vaccinate, etc. Bret Hazzard the NSW Minister of health has on at least 2 different
occasions made clear that he is pursuing the NEW WORLD ORDER. That is in violation of s44
of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK). No (Federal/ State/Territory)

It appears to me that already on 20 January 2021 the W.H.O. (World Health Organization)
abandoned the use of the PCR test as being unreliable because it couldn’t properly establish a
person to be or not to be infected with COVID-19.

What is so absurd is that the CDC claiming that some UNNAMED EXPERTS claim how they
can establish the alleged “Delta Variant” then well the world needs to accept this, but how can
any laboratory establish the Delta variant if all they know is that the “experts say so” but not
providing any standards as to how to measure it.

While labs can purchase reference materials for microbes, heavy metals, pesticides,
etc. — all physical materials — I have searched far and wide and have not been
able to locate any certified reference materials for SARS-CoV-2 or even a

physical specimens of isolated covid viruses available for instrument

What is makes very clear is that laboratories do not have any physical sample as to establish if
some swab contains SARS-CoV-2 but merely will go along that even if merely RNA from a
“COMMON COLD” is showing up then well just pretend it is “COVID-19” and well lockdown
the joint, as if there is a very dangerous killer virus going on. OK, perhaps INFLUENZA might
also turn out to be involved but both to my understanding are NOT “coronaviruses”. Still, again,
lock down the joint and destroy the livelihood of many small businesses, deny proper medical
care, etc, by pretending it is COVID!

Nevertheless, a PCR test will deliver a positive result for such people. You yourself pointed out this problem
in an interview with Wirtschaftswoche in 2014.

 The significance of a positive PCR test also depends on which and how many primers are searched for.
The less specific these are for SARS-CoV-2, the lower this significance.

Conclusion: a positive PCR test is not the same as an infection. We don’t know what happened in all the
particular testing-labs. It is not surprising that Mike Yeadon, former Chief Scientific Officer for Respiratory
Research at Pfizer, strongly advises against the use of PCR for the diagnosis of COVID-19 in a recent article

If anything what the above set out indicates is that politicians, scientist, medical doctors, etc, all
involved in this elaborate scam of COVID HOAX have tainted their credibility considerably.

Remember the “VACCINES ARE SAFE” cliché when in could (2018) it was discovered that the
CDC actually in violation of legal requirements never actually kept a proper record of the harm
vaccines caused. And, then it withdrew “vaccines are safe” cliché from its website. And
subsequently it also removed the cliché “VACCINES DO NOT CAUSE AUTISM” when a
former scientist produced the records that actually it had been for decades known that vaccines
do cause autism but the pharmaceutical companies were concealing this. So, for profits they
couldn’t give a darn about all those children who had adverse reaction to be harmed for life with
autism, etc.

This is about the concealment of the Swine Flu vaccination adverse reaction issues (as I view the
Commonwealth Department of Health is engaging in) where afterwards it was discovered there

What I am concerned about also is that here we had a pharmacist injecting people with some
COVID vaccination,. He explained he had every day at least a hundred turning up to be jabbed.
Now, how on earth could he have given appropriate information to each and every person as to
the adverse issues regarding vaccinations? They might sing a document that they gave consent
but it never could be “informed consent”. Firstly, if you do not know what kind of vaccine you
are going to be injected with then how on earth would you know what to look for? Also, I wrote
in the past that I had a text message on my mobile that i was entitled to be vaccinated and had 48
hours to confirm to accept the vaccination. Not a shred of details was provided what kind of
vaccination was referred to and neither for any GP appointment to be made first, just to agree to
attend for the jab.
Unless one provides all relevant details, both in favour and adverse to a person before requesting
the person to be jabbed you cannot legitimately claim there was “informed consent”. And, one
also has to stick to the time frame that if you tell a person that this will require a second dose say
after 14 days, but then it is changed to weeks or even months, then that also invalidated any
purported “informed consent”.

The same with if you were advised to have a second dose of the same vaccine brand and then the
Government changes it to a different brand, then again the purported “informed consent” I view
is out of the door. It no longer existed once there was any breach of what was originally stated.

There is also a concern that a pharmacy hardly is the kind of place where you can consult a
patient. Ordinary a medical doctor only can deal with a “patient” and under his supervision a
nurse may then jab a person. However, a pharmacist is not a medical doctor and I view it is the
same or similar that a VET (veterinarian) cannot deal with human patients.
I once was in a court case where the opposing Counsel had filed an affidavit stating that his client
was wheelchair bound due to certain illnesses. I objected to the affidavit and it was then
withdrawn, as it was from a veterinarian (animal doctor) and not permitted in law from him
about human diseases, etc. Counsel argued that the clients own doctor refused to make an
affidavit and so he instead had the veterinarian doing so. Just that the trial judge didn’t accept
this to be legally valid.

because what is needed is a medical doctor (Bio-Security Act 2015) to assess each citizen
separately and do test on this citizen to make sure that any such experimental vaccination is not
going to have some unexpected adverse reaction.
Indeed to allow pharmacist to now inject a citizen when if there is an adverse reaction then the
citizen very well if not death right there and then could be ending up with lifelong disabilities,
then this too underlines that there is a reckless conduct all around.
To allow any kind of “Experimental Pfizer mRNA COVID Injections ” (including that of
Moderna) to be used by staff of any pharmacy I view is lunacy in itself.

moratorium of all so called vaccinations whatsoever and only if a doctor puts his name to
recommend a particular vaccination for a patient should there be a vaccination. This nonsense
about doing it for your “Dad, mum, grandparents and others” is an absurd statement as if the
person goes ahead and ends up if not invalid but even death then what benefit did this “Dad,
mum, grandparents and others get from this other then a lot of sorrow?

Prime Minister Scott Morrison and others entered into with Pfizer is in violation of our

contract must be made public. No such thing as secret hush money or other direct/indirect

We need however to take proper consideration as to any claim.
There could be 5 people in a room all suffering from hay-fever and is this than meaning that
Hay-fever is contagious? It might be just that those 5 people came together as a group session
because they all suffered from hay-fever. As such, being together in itself may not have any
meaning as to any ratio and certainly not that Hay-fever can be spread to all people in the same
room, because of the 5 being all in the one room and all suffering from Hay-fever.
Translate this to the Delta claimed corona virus. If one or more persons happen to live in the
same household than does this means that there is a transmission from Delta between members
of the same household? Let us use an example. In a nursing home there are bacterium found in
the water tank that caused many of the residents to succumb to this and die. Now we have that
the bacterium turned out to be Legionnaires Disease and well the nursing home not wanting to
get the blame for failure of keeping its water tanks free from this now announces that the
residents really died because of Delta (as previous was done to claim it was COVID-19) and well
the nursing home is so to say off the hook and might even make money out of it by claiming it is
Delta and spreading from one resident to another and even to staff members and so entitled to
certain government payments. As such, something that may have absolutely nothing to do with
either any corona virus or any transmission between people might nevertheless be claimed as
such and the politicians rather over up this FRAUD as after all it serves their mantra.
Fraus est celare fraudem. It is a fraud to conceal a fraud. 1 Vern. 270.
Because symptoms of INFLUENZA are also those of the claimed COVID-19 then the
denounced PCR testing will not whatsoever tell the difference between a INFLUENZA (non-
coronavirus) and COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS). As such, to establish any true case of
CORONAVIRUS one would need a proper medical assessment of a person allegedly suffering
from COVID-19/Delta and unless this medical examination can point out that the patient suffers
from a certain symptom that does not correlate with influenza then it must be deemed to be
influenza.
As to my understanding INFLUENZA is not an infectious disease that can be spread from one
person to another (as in 1919 extensive testing was done to establish this) then it would be within
the State/Territory Government to regulate INFLUENZA, albeit as it is not transmissible from
one person to another then compulsory mask wearing, social distancing, lockdowns, curfews,
QR, etc, all have no scientific justification. If it is to be argued that INFLUENZA is contagious
and by spreading it from one person to another then obviously it falls within the limited
legislative powers of the Commonwealth.
Either way, the States/Territories have no legitimate claim to pursue compulsory mask
wearing, social distancing, lockdowns, curfews, QR, etc.
While the Victorian Government may argue that it until 1986 had the Fairfield infectious disease
hospital and so this must surely justify that it had the legislative powers, etc. Well, is that
meaning that if I am repeatedly speeding in violation of road speed limits if then I am finally
caught I can claim that the speed limits do not apply to me because I for so long did my own
thing regardless of what was legally permissible? Come on, while it might be complimentary to
the Victorian Government to have sought to provide facilities for infectious diseases it
nevertheless cannot mean it had legislative powers for this. And, without legislative powers there
neither can be executive powers and certainly not administrative powers either!

While there are State Government deploying police forces to deny citizens their constitutional
rights to protest, the above indicates that any fines issues cannot be legally justified, as if there is
no legislative powers in the first place to force compulsory mask wearing, social distancing,
curfews, lockdowns, QR, etc, then no amount of fines can alter this.

However, it could be deemed to violate the FREEDOM OF SPEECH of citizens so much

embedded in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK).
Citizen can and are constitutionally entitled to express their opposition against any purported
laws as a way to indicate to politicians that they are elected to REPRESENT the people and not
that the people are there to serve them as puppets-on-a-string.
Time and time again police officers are voicing they are there to enforce the directions of the
Chief Health Officer, however as the Chief health officer can only exercise “administrative
powers” then any police officer acting on behalf of the Chief Health officer is no more but acting
as a private security guard and not as a police officer acting to enforce the “executive powers” of
the government. This I view means that every police officer involved in using violence, fining
persons, etc, are then themselves violating the rule of law and can be held personally liable for
assault, etc.

Even with an 8-hour (480 minutes) shift with more than 100 persons this would mean about less
than 5 minutes per person to explain all adverse reaction issues, etc,, sign the :”informed
consent” form and jab the person besides the 15 minutes observation, etc. claiming to jab more
than 100 person’s in 1 day cannot reasonably have explained all relevant details. Any one
knowing Time & Motion study would be well aware this never could have been involving
“informed consent”. While it may be argued there was some sort of a tent in front of the
pharmacy, I hardly could accept that anyone could seriously hold appropriate time for a person to
listen and consider all relevant details in particular adverse reaction possibilities while standing
in the street with all the traffic and other noises about. It appears to me the video rather indicates
people to be provided some sort of pamphlet and I view this hardly can be considered appropriate
when the person’s health issues may be relevant to make an “informed decision”. In my view,
the Australian Federal Police should investigate what precisely the pamphlets were stating and
how much it really addressed issues of each particular person involved. Blaming the victim for
making a decision , as I understand Prime Minister Scott Morrison is doing, is utterly
deplorable and I view he and fellow ministers should be thrown out by the Governor-
General by rescinding the commissions and neither should the leader of the Opposition be
commissioned as he clearly has also failed to ensure matters are appropriately and lawfully
conducted.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
