Question 1 : After bought the Api, how much time will take
to activate your account ?
Answer : After Complete KYC it will take Maximum 3 working days to activate
your account.

Question 2 : How much time will take to integration ?

Answer : Within 3 working days pay2all team will deliver you API docs . Now
it's totally depend on your developer in on how time he or she will integrate.
pay2all technical team will integrate the Money Transfer API within 3 working
day.

Question 3 : what are the support you will get from pay2all
team in integration process ?
Answer : Technical team of pay2all will make your developer understand the
whole flow of integration on call & also help them to make one demo
transaction on postman for better understanding of your developer .pay2all
team never share any source code for Api integration.

Question 4 : How to add balance on wallet & how much

time it will take to credit the balance on your wallet ?
Answer : You will get Merchant Pay2all Username & Password credentials .
by using the credentials you need to access your Merchant account after that
you will notice there is one virtual account details will flow on your screen or
merchant panel . you need to add those account details onto your own bank
account. after that you are ready to transfer the amount on your wallet.
Generally it will take 20 minutes to show that amount on your merchant
wallet.

Question 5: what will you do If the amount will not

automatically credited on your wallet ?

Answer : In this Case you will need to inform pay2all customer support team
via mail ( format of mail will share by customer support team ).

Question 6 : If the transaction goes in pending then

what to do in that case?

 Answer : In this case you will inform the customer support team of Pay2all via
call or mail or both. your complaint will get resolve within T+2

Question 7 : Those transactions which goes on pending is

actually a failed transactions ?

Answer : No, Pending Doesn't mean failure . pending transaction might be get
success or fail . In most of the case 95% transaction will get success later on
& 5% will get fail.

Question 8 : if the money is transfer into a wrong account

then can you take the refund of that money from bank ?

Answer : In this case you can raise the complaint to bank by your own ,
pay2all team can not help you in any aspect .

Question 9 : what will you do If the Transaction is

Successful and also get UTR number & still the amount is
not credited in customer account ?

Answer : In this case you need to register your complaint to pay2all support
team & also provide updated statement after that within 3 working days your
complain get resolve.

T&C

we take the charges of Api for 1 year & if you will continue for next year also
then the service will automatically renew for which you do not have to pay any
charges but if you haven't made any transaction till 3 Months then your
service will automatically deactivated . you will need to pay Rs. 150 as a
renewable charges then your service will be activate.

you have to take the wallet amount from that bank who's cancel cheque you
provided you us at the time of kyc. if you take the amount from other bank
account then that amount will not be showing in your wallet.

you)

All Documents Should be Self Attached.
