A Business Case Analysis. Kapot

A business case analysis (BCA) provides a best-value analysis that considers not only cost but other quantifiable and non-quantifiable factors supporting an investment decision. It follows an iterative process conducted and updated throughout the project life cycle. A BCA justifies undertaking a project based on its estimated costs versus anticipated benefits. It guides decisions to select between alternatives and validate any proposed changes. A BCA should include an introduction, business impacts, and a conclusion with recommendations.
