Program for Public Safety Senior Leadership Course 2021-02
Charlie Company.

1. References:
a. Program of Instruction; and
b. Public Safety Senior Leadership Course (PSSLC) Class 2021-02
Enhanced Community Immersion Program on August 19, 2021.

2. This pertains to the IMPLAN sets forth the academics guidelines, planning
and activities to be undertaken by the forty six (46) students of PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie
Company through the Enhanced Community Immersion Program ECIP in accordance
with the Program of Instruction set by the National Training Center (NTC). This
IMPLANS shall ensure the capability and capacity of its students in their designated
tasks and assignments, respectively and likewise the success of the said program.
3. The PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company joins the whole nation in dealing with
the challenges and hardship brought by the Pandemic to our community. It will be more
difficult and challenging this time on the part of the students wherein the National
Capital Region and its neighbouring provinces is once again placed under the hardest
lockdown which is ECQ due to another surge of COVID-19 in the country.

4. The immersion program shall be conducted at Prinsipe Tupas St., Brgy. Nova
Proper, Novaliches, Quezon City, on August 19, 2021 for further approval of the NTC. It
will aims to impart the important information needed in the existing Minimum Health
Safety Protocol, dissemination of some provision on National Task Force to End Local
Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) and the importance of Illegal Drug
Awareness.

5. Further, the highlights of the immersion program, in coordination with the


concerned Barangay, the PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company shall select families
belonging to the poorest of the poor in the said community as the recipient of essential
goods.

6. Furthermore, the NTC shall implement the conduct of ECIP and ensure that
the program is accomplished on time with fruitful results and ensure that the minimum
standard health protocol is strictly observed.
Tasks:
For the delineation of duties and responsibilities, Committees with
responsible Team Leaders are hereby organized with the following specific tasks:
a. Steering Committee:
a.1: Class President as the Over-all Chairman;
a.2: Class Officers, PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company as members of
the committee;
a.3: Responsible for the supervision and serve as over site committee
for the ECIP; and
a.4: Perform other tasks as directed.

b. Pre-Immersion Committee:\

b.1: PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company Class Officers shall be


responsible for the pre-coordination activities for the ECIP;
b.2: In-charge for the courtesy calls to the following: Station
Commander, PS-4, QCPD and Barangay Chairman of Barangay
Nova Proper, Novaliches, Quezon City;
b.3: Map-out plans and programs for the ECIP; and
b.4: Perform other tasks as directed.

c. Technical Working Group (Financial/Logistical Committee):


c.1: Responsible for the formulation/preparation of PSSLC 2021-02
Charlie Company ECIP programs Activities (Opening and Closing
Ceremonies);
c.2: Prepare other documentary requirements relative to PSSLC
2021-02 Charlie Company ECIP;
c.3: Provide financial support for transportation expenses and other
incidental expenses for the entire duration of the ECIP; and
c.4: Responsible for the collection of class funds;
c.5: Perform other tasks as directed.

d. Support/Security Committee:

d.1: In charge with the crafting of IMPLAN to conduct ECIP;


d.2: Serve as security force of PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company ECIP
to ensure safe and peaceful conduct of ECIP; and
d.3: Serves as working force in coordination with food committee;
d.4: Perform other tasks as directed.

e. Program/Lectures Committee:

e.1: Supervise in the preparations of Certificate of appreciation;


e.2: Responsible for the overall lecture material for the activities;
e.3: Responsible for Medical/Health protocol; and
e.4: Perform other tasks as directed.
f. Coordination Committee (Other Documentation/Food Committee):

f.1: Responsible for the drafting and printing of PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie
Company ECIP tarpaulin;
f.2: Take photos during the activities; and
f.3: Responsible for the attendance of participants; and
f.4: Responsible for the preparation of foods for the entire duration of
the ECIP activities in coordination with the technical working group;
f.5: Perform other tasks as directed.

g. Documentation/Reports Committee:

g.1: Responsible for the preparation of memoranda, letters and reports


for the PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company ECIP;
g.2: Preparation for the PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company ECIP
narrative reports;
g.3: Serve as facilitators of PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company ECIP
activities;
g.4: Perform other tasks as directed.

h. Program/Venue Preparation:

h.1: Supervise the preparations of acknowledgement and dedication;


h.2: Responsible for the preparation of venue and other places of
engagement for the PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company ECIP;
h.3: Responsible for the cleanliness of the venue before and after
PSSLC 2021-02 Charlie Company ECIP activities; and
h.4: Perform other tasks as directed.

of each committee to include the outline of activities.
