2. JOB PURPOSE

To manage the direct taxation functional requirements and ensure the adherence of required compliances

Accountability Areas Key Related Activities

Direct Taxation  Person with experience in Handling Direct Taxation – as subject matter
expert
 Should have independently handled Direct Taxation.
 Should be able to represent before the tax authorities, handle from show
cause notices and appeals.
 Able to interact and take up the adjudication processes with Tribunals, High
Court etc.
 Having experience in the areas of Transfer Price related topics.
 Should be able to handle the periodical filing of Corporate Tax, Income tax
returns, TDS returns, also able to finalise the Tax audit and related exposures.
