INTRODUCTION

I am Guia Czarina Sola and my portfolio is a representation of all that I’ve learned and accomplish
as an ABM student. Here, I transformed the person who I want to be in the future. I also experience the role
of a person that I want to be someday.

This portfolio contains various descriptions about the business that I’ve chose and the product that
I’ve sold. It includes the strength and weaknesses of the product. It also discusses how my technique and
logical reasoning abilities have changed.

This portfolio is unique from other portfolios because it contains my experiences wherein this

The product that I selected is Graham Balls with Marshmallow, this are dessert bites made of graham
cracker crumbs, marshmallow, condensed milk and cream; they are shaped into balls and then coated with

H. REFLECTION

From taking this activies, I learned a lot of things about myself academically. I learned about
my academic strengths and weaknesses, which will help me make decisions about my life and
career later on in life. For me, the most challenging part of the business stimulation is the operation
of the product. I found that operating or selling the product that I chose were difficult because of
pandemic that’s why it made sell my product so limited. I aslo found that the easiest section of the
business stimulation is in choosing and preparing what my product is.

This experience taught me that every business starts with a particular element: an idea. To
get started, you'll need to think of a company concept. Developing a marketable product or service
from your ideas is a vital component of building your business. You must assess the product or
service's functionality, benefits, and business prospects. This assignment helped me to experience
what it's like to operate and manage my own business.

The most vital lesson I learnt was that you must determine what is the greatest product that
you want to sell because if you are undecided with that, your money that you will use to start a
business will be squandered. And before you start your business, you should concentrate on one
item at a time so that you know what you're going to do and what you're going to prepare. It's also
vital to consider what customers desire. Furthermore, I'm delighted I got an amazing experience
with this activity because I am now have a clearer idea of the overall informations required in
launching a business.

CAREER CHOICE

In the future, I want to be

a world-class hospitality
professional with the Bachelor of
Science in Hospitality
Management program that
experience real life training
in industry-standard simulation
laboratories and gain
competencies in hotel and
restaurant management. This is a
four-year degree program that
covers the process of conception,
planning, development, human
resource, and management of the
different aspects of the hotel,
restaurant, and resort operations.
The program provides students
with technical skills, as well as
knowledge in marketing, finance,
budgeting, staffing and other
fields of business. The program
also aims to teach
entrepreneurship skills.

The career that I chose is being a Sales and Marketing Manager that responsible for
researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales
plans, while being an Event Director which is responsible for organizing, mobilizing, and
coordinating the staff, event participants, officials, and administrators for the successful execution
of an event. I can see myself as an Event Coordinator and a Sales and Marketing Manager because I
am that type of person that usually want a different thing to be organized, I like the idea of
planning and coordinating such things and I also like developing a new thing that can benefit
everyone. But keep on mind that it is not the degree that will land you a great job. It is your
character and perspective in life.
