This thesis proposal examines the policy implementation of disaster risk reduction and management in Sitio Bani, Brgy. Cataning, City of Balanga. The study aims to understand how existing policies are implemented at the local level to reduce risks and manage disasters. It will analyze relevant theories, literature and past studies on disaster policy and management. The research methodology will involve collecting data through surveys and interviews with local officials and residents, which will then be analyzed to evaluate current disaster risk reduction and management practices in the community. The goal is to identify ways to strengthen policy implementation and better prepare Sitio Bani to deal with future disasters.
