RE: COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVES AND WAREHOUSE CENTRE AND FURTHER CLARIFICATION ABOUT
RECHARGE AND WITHDRAWAL
✅✅✅✅ Special announcements to all CHY MALL members and leaders in the world:
1. As you probably already know, our CHY Mall is a renowned E-Commerce trading platform that offers remarkable
New Retail shopping experiences. We are not an investment company that some people claimed us to be. Hence it is
vital to know we do not encourage new or old members registering with multiple accounts (more than 3 accounts).
The CHY Mall encourages members to refer new members if you like the shopping experiences that come with an
opportunity to earn more with us. Undoubtedly, CHY Mall’s greatest goal is to achieve at least 100 million members
worldwide before 2025.
2. Please be advised that if members do not submit their recharge on time, they will not be able to
recharge it again after more than three (3) days from the date of their recharge transaction. This applies to all types of
payment method namely Bank, Cash, Mobile Money and BTC recharges. We therefore entreat all CHY Mall members
to submit their recharges to your dedicated Country Representatives and Warehouse Centre or BTC to our dedicated
Customer Care Teams (Customer Care 1) promptly to avoid suffer any unnecessary losses.
3. RECHARGE TO ALL SERVICE CENTRES (SCS) AND MEMBERS IN BENIN, BURKINA FASO, CAMEROON, COTE D’IVOIRE,
TOGO AND OTHER COUNTRIES – With immediate effect of this communique, all recharges of CHY points, be it in BTC,

cash, mobile money and bank payments, has to be done via the respective Country Representatives and Warehouse
Centre listed in below countries.
4. WHEN YOU RECHARGE BTC THROUGH THE COMPANY, YOU CAN ONLY WITHDRAW IN BTC FROM THE COMPANY –
Had you recharged the BTC from the company, you may not be able to withdraw cash or mobile money from any Service
Centre SC, but you may withdraw in BTC from the company.
5. RECHARGE IN GHANA ONLY- APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICE CENTRES (SCS) AND MEMBERS IN GHANA ONLY -- With
immediate effect of this communique, all the recharges of CHY points, be it in BTC, cash, mobile money and bank
payments, has to be done via the Country Representatives and Warehouse Centre in Ghana (Hon. Henry Jacobs) and his
assistant (Madam Helena).
Please contact both honourables before you make any payment. Please act fast and do not blame others if you do not
do as per advice which would result in losses of your assets.
6. WITHDRAWALS- APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICE CENTRES (SCS) AND MEMBERS IN ALL COUNTRIES – The company
always encourages and welcomes members to make all withdrawals through your member system and back office
weekly. (Maximum withdrawal limit apply and standard withdrawal charges apply).
You may get the withdrawals through the company (in Ghana and Nigeria), meanwhile the rest of the members in other
countries to get from your respective and original Service Centres (SCS).
7. WITHDRAWALS THROUGH P2P- APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICE CENTRES (SCS) AND MEMBERS IN ALL COUNTRIES –
Please be reminded that all P2P withdrawals can be done via your Service Centre SC leaders, though with their approval.
However, note that no Service Centre SC is under any obligations to pay you more than $400 in a week. Meanwhile,
Service Centre SC leaders have the right to pay you more than $400, or even $10,000 in a week if such a Service Centre
deems it fit knowing very well that he or she has such a huge sum to pay you in a week via P2P.
The company is never and will never control P2P transactions as that it is left at your personal discretion as a leader or
Service Centre SC to use it to assist your people via withdrawal.
Once again, no Service Centre SC or even company is under any obligations to pay you more than $400 in a week. It
should be an agreement between you and your Service Centre SC leaders.
8. FOR COTE D’IVOIRE ONLY- APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICE CENTRES (SCS) AND MEMBERS IN COTE D’IVOIRE –
Exchange rates in XOF (West African- Côte d'Ivoire only) is strictly 610.00 for deposits and withdrawals.

Once again, we urge all members and leaders to not bring repeated issues and look for more than one Customer Care at
any given time. They will not handle any of the same issues posted by the same members/leaders to more than one
Customer Care.
It is also extremely important to mention, the need for all customers to manage and take very good care of their CHY
MALL accounts as the company is not responsible for any loss of property in the CHY MALL due to the carelessness of
any CHY members. (Easy login and transaction passwords being used and disclosure of usernames and login and
transaction passwords to the third party)

Please trade in CHY Mall with care and within own limit. Do not blame others at all. We are never an investment
company and rightly so, never will be. We are just an E-Commerce company that provides awesome New Retail Trading
Concept. This is a wonderful and lifetime opportunity partnering with CHY Mall.
