Bengaluru Campus and are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the program, based on your performance in
the written exam & personal interview.
Pearl Academy aims to commence the semester from 1st September 2021. We will be sending you an official communication
about the dates on your registered email and it will also be available on our website in due course of time.
Exclusive learning opportunities for the new batch of 2021
We are excited to inform you about two exciting learning experiences, designed especially for you, even before the official
semester begins:
Pearl Collab– an exciting, gamification interaction project to help you kickstart your creative journey at Pearl. Learn,
create, and collaborate with faculty, batchmates, and your seniors from college. Pearl Collab will commence from 19th July
2021.
Pre-Semester Learning Experiences- a special learning module that includes interactive sessions with creative industry
icons from around the world. Along with this, you will get to meet your batch mates, take part in exciting contests, stretch
your dormant creative muscles, dabble with some cool apps and delve into creative avenues you never thought to try. The
session will start in August 2021.
We will be sharing more information along with the final dates of these initiatives with you soon via email and SMS.
Covid Scholarships
We understand that the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021 has created a new wave of uncertainty. While we can’t
make up for the loss and distress, we are committed to doing our bit to ensure our students’ dreams don’t take a backseat. We
have decided to offer financial aid through special scholarships for those affected by the pandemic. Below are the details for the
same:
Upto 20% scholarship on first year tuition fee to the wards of COVID frontline warriors (doctors, nurses, employees of
municipal bodies, military, para-military, police).
Upto 100% scholarship on all-inclusive fee for first year to the wards of COVID deceased parent.
Upto 20% scholarship on one year tuition fee to the wards of teachers.
All the request for the scholarships will be submitted to the scholarship committee and will decide on the scholarship percentage.

Arts Education Society" payable at Bengaluru by 31st July 2021. The demand draft should be submitted at the registrar's office of
your chosen campus. The last date to confirm your seat is sacrosanct and failing to do so will lead to this offer being
cancelled.

The balance semester fee (total fee amount** minus acceptance fee of Rs.1 Lakh) is to be paid 7 days before the commencement
of the program. The 2nd Semester fee for January– May 2022 shall remain same as the 1st semester as stated in the above table.
For any reason, if you wish to withdraw from the course, the refund of fee paid by you will be governed by the Academy’s refund

Additional Information
1. On successful completion of the program at Pearl Academy, students receive a Professional Diploma***. Further, Pearl
Academy facilitates enrolment of students for Indian and International Bachelor’s degree from recognized institutions.
International Bachelor’s Degree
Students have an option to obtain an internationally recognized Bachelor’s Degree by pursuing courses at University for the
Creative Arts at UK, University of Derby at UK, Nottingham Trent University at UK, Manchester Metropolitan University at
UK or Torrens University in Australia. Pearl Academy facilitates enrolment of students at these Universities.
Indian Bachelor’s Degree
All students at Pearl Academy Delhi NCR and Mumbai campuses are provided an opportunity to pursue Bachelor of Arts
from Delhi and Mumbai University respectively and students at Jaipur campus are provided an opportunity to pursue
Bachelor of Design (B.Des.*) from Rajasthan ILD Skills University. Students at Bengaluru campus would be provided an
opportunity to pursue Bachelor of Arts from the Open University of Bengaluru. Pearl Academy facilitates enrolment to
these courses.
*Students of 2020-21 pursuing B.Des and Applied for 2021-22 batch.

2. Fee will increase annually for subsequent years at the discretion of Pearl Academy.
3. You are required to submit the following documents to ensure admission.
I. Documents to be submitted along with the fees:
a. Two passport size colour photographs.
b. Medical fitness certificate from a qualified/registered medical practitioner with details of any medical history ailments
viz., heart condition, BP, asthma, allergies etc.
c. Self-attested photostat copies of Class X Certificate / mark sheet to verify candidates name & date of birth.
d. Fee Undertaking form as attached (duly signed '& notarized). You are required to go through the rules and regulations
of Pearl Academy contained in the Student's Handbook (available at PA's website
http://bit.ly/PearlAcademy_StudentHandbook) and submit the undertaking in the prescribed format at the time of Fee
submission (format attached).
e. Attested photostat copies of educational certificates ( XII Certificate and mark sheets/equivalent qualification).
f. Photo-copy of the offer letter.
g. Copy of PAN Card self/parents.
II. Provisional Admission guidelines
a. The documents mentioned under 3.(I) are mandatory to submit along with Fees.
b. If the documents referred under section 3 (I) (e) is not submitted along with fees, then Self-attested undertaking for
Provisional Admission (format available on website) shall be submitted to the Registrar office.
c. Attested photostat copies of educational certificates ( XII Certificate and mark sheets/equivalent qualification) should
be submitted maximum on or before by 30th November 2021. If not submitted, the admission shall be cancelled.
d. This offer letter is provisional and may be withdrawn if the fee and requisite documents as mentioned above are not
deposited within the stipulated date.
