CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION and

RECOMMENDATIONS
CONCLUSION:
The aims of this study was to see whether environmentally friendly Dreamland resort
construction could be used to gain a competitive advantage through differentiation.
Energy production, water conservation, and waste management are three main factors to
consider when working in an environmentally friendly manner. There are several practices
that must be implemented build, ventilation, peak demand usage regulation, and energy
efficient lighting are only a few of the tasks that need to be completed.

In addition, the Dreamland resort would be distinguished by its use of renewable energy
sources. Environmental practices, on the other hand, must be tailored to each property's
specific needs, which can vary based on venue, climate, available resources,
infrastructure, and scale. A technique that works in one location can not work in another.
Furthermore, certain environmentally friendly activities can have a positive impact.
Since one activity can have a positive impact in one field but a negative effect in

another, it is important to consider all of the practices

RECOMMENDATIONS:
● To counteract a wide range of activities, such as energy, it is necessary.

● Efficiency, water conservation, and waste management are all factors to consider.

● Marketing had to be done in a way that was both insightful and informative, in order to
raise awareness and understanding of the issue.

● In order to achieve environmental goals, time and money maybe important but the most
important is boost management skillsets and knowledge.

● To gain understanding in the organization, environmental training was needed.

● The resort must strengthen their security to provide comfortability to all tourist that
they are safe while enjoying the amenities of the resort.

● Provide better facilities, amenities, and more activities to gain more tourist.
